Spearfishing UK Avis 

This is such a great freediving/spearfishing shop! I went to get foot pockets for my fins and needed fin fitting service. The staff were very helpful and happy to offer any advice and recommendations. Chris, who fixed my fins, was knowledgeable and did a wonderful job fixing new foot pockets to my fins. They had lots of good quality stock and options of different fins and foot pockets. I was also impressed with their variety of other freediving/spearfishing equipment such as masks, snorkels and wetsuits. I would definitely recommend to others who look for good quality freediving/spearfishing equipment and excellent customer service.

Unfortunately the boots I ordered weren’t available in the colour I’d requested. They emailed and called me to explain, really sorry they couldn’t fulfill the precise order. They sent an alternative which sadly wasn’t suitable but really tried to provide great service. Will use them again.

Placed order for some items only to find it was not in stock when it said it was, although disappointed as it was going to be a gift, the company could not do enough yo explain this, refund the cost of the item and still get my remaining items to me in fast time, that's a service you need. Although a minor glitch I am still more than happy how spearfishing UK operate and I would highly recommend using them, great service.

The delivery with DHL was most probably the worst experience I’ve ever experienced. Had to complete customs forms and a whole lot. Lack of communication from DHL. Leaves client to struggle. My friends who also ordered from you used FedEx without hassle or sudden customs duties. Don’t know how to explain me paying 90 euros and them paying nothing. Shop experience was 5 star the couriers just made it a very unpleasant experience

The only website to sell all the spare parts for the Sportube (an equipment case often bought by skiers/snowboarders to keep equipment protected on flights). Lots of websites will sell you the main item (e.g., the Sportube), but this was the "only" one that stocked "all" the spare parts in case something goes wrong (in my case, lost pins that hold the case together). It says a lot about a retailer when they keep a good stock of spare parts.

The Sportube TSA Lock that I ordered arrived super fast and was well packaged. spearfishing.co.uk was one of the few (only?) UK companies to have this product in stock. Setting our own combination on the lock went smoothly (phew!). We are now all set for heading off on our next skiing holiday with our skis securely locked in our new Sportube. They shipped quickly once order placed, and goods were as described and well packed and arrived quickly. I had trouble when I came to check out- they picked up on this and sorted it out promptly and pleasantly. If all retail was like this experience life would be a lot better!
