The worst ever. Still didn't get my package 8 days later .they won't pick up phones. Chios speedex i have been calling for 5 days straight

This is the second package I did not receive. The first time I was sent a photo of the confirmed delivery but it wasn’t my house. Second time on 4/10/25 I was sent a photo of the confirmed delivery and happened to be working from home, less than 10 minutes after receiving the text stating the package had been delivered (with the photo of the package on my front porch) I went to retrieve it and it wasn’t there. It’s a cat bed and cleaning brushes for my cat! When whoever stole it opens it they’re gonna be so disappointed!!!!

If I could, I would give them a -10. My package tracking says "out for delivery" from Elk Grove IL since April 3rd, today is April 9th. It's only an hour from here, it shouldn't take 6 damn days to get my package! They could have driven the SOB from California and back by now. Companies need to stop using these losers to send packages! Oh, and NO customer support!

Update package arrived finally early evening. Merchant automatically immediately reached out to me & provided credit to account

SpeedX Failed delivery again. Package shows out for delivery 4/7/2025 within last mile. Today is 4/8 late

The worst experience and the horrible live chat. They don't help you at all. They still have my package and they simply haven't delivered it.

They are most definitely thieves im gonna have to stop dealing with sheen because of them too many packages never make it and sheen dont wanna give you back your money and you cant get a live agent im pissed

Twice now my packages have been sent back due to delivery after hours (delivery to my office). Once was attempted at 10pm at night. Rather than retry during normal business hours, my packages were sent back as undeliverable

Terrible service 2nd time and my package is delayed or lost. Shouldn’t be that hard to deliver especially when you’re an hour away at one point then it’s in my town supposedly for two days. Still not here Five days of notice

The WORST CARRIER SERVICE EVER SPXORD056738182678. They Never delivered my order and lied and took the pictures of the package but not on my porch. Terrible

They steal packages. Don't ever use this courier and never recommend them to friends, family, nor even acquaintences. They literally steal your packages and wait til 1 am to update that they attempted your delivery. I have all the footage to prove no delivery was ever attempted. I found out the hard way who these people really are. I had to file a police report, report them to the BBB, and file a fraud claim with my bank. This company needs to be shut down indefinitely and should not be allowed to do business with the public in any manner.

SpeedEx is not a delivery service because that means they would actually have to deliver something. When you don’t deliver the package it’s called theft. I know this for a fact, because they have my package and have a delayed shipment for no reason and it happens to others all over the internet. Should be looked into by the federal government.

Such a bad and failed company!!!

We are a company of vacation apartments.

We were supposed to receive a parcel for our clients.
We waited for them since morning and even called them to give our phone.

After our client informed us he indicated of an attempt of delivery we contacted them again and they told us that they came and did not find us...despite the fact that we were here all day for this purpose...

Such a disgusting company!!!

Πρόκειται για άλλης κλάσης καραγκιόζηδες. Πιθανόν να το απολαμβάνουν κιόλας και γιατί όχι αφού ως μέλος του ομίλου Σφακιανάκη τυγχάνουν ειδικών προνομίων. Δεν εξηγείται αλλιώς το γεγονός ότι σοβαρές εταιρείες όπως η DHL πχ ενώ γνωρίζουν πολύ καλά την κατάσταση, επιμένουν να συνεργάζονται με καραγκιοζοεταιρείες όπως η speedex. Κι επειδή ως γνωστόν η Δικαιοσύνη στη χώρα μας είναι δαιδαλώδης και πανάκριβη, δημιουργούνται όλες αυτές οι συνθήκες αδιανόητης διαπλοκής όπου ανίκανοι βρίσκουν την τιμητική τους.

Η περίπτωσή μου είναι η συνηθισμένη των αθετημένων συμφωνιών παράδοσης και η παντελώς απούσα τηλεφωνική υποστήριξη.

This is THE WORST delivery service EVER IN HISTORY. They never delivery the package when they say they are. They delivered my package to the wrong address. I have never had a good experience with them. I cringe when I see my package will be delivered through them cause I know there's going to be an issue. They service need to be shut down COMPLETELY

Am still waiting on my package never received it on you can't even call dem to know what's going on with the package something or someone needs to put a stop to this speedx company they are thieves. Come on shein pls use ppl like DHL and fedx wat making sense thank Cuz I need my money back from shein or my package thank

Worst delivery courier.. The shop call me to tell me that they had my parcel but that they would come next week between Monday to Wednesday (we are Thursday). He told me that except my parcel he does not have anybody else in my aera. I replied that ACS where coming 3 times per week even just for one person and that I was paying Speedex enough for this service, to be delivered ASAP and not 6 days later. Reply ofthe rude employee: what to tell you, that I will come and not to come?? That the level of Speedex service! Forget about SPEED!!! It's a faulse promise coupled with rudeness.

Literally the worst experience , this company has been holding my package for over a week it was out for delivery for 3 days then said failed delivery attempt, then said failed transit issue , then now there's no update or estimated delivery just horrible! Its items I was supposed to receive before Christmas..now it's the new year and there's no update

This is a horrible experience, I been trying to get my package but it keeps saying out for delivery it doesn’t really move and is late . Is should have arrived already and is not here at all ! I have try to call the customer service number and it keeps hanging the call! It truly makes me never want to order anything again

I give 1 star which means ZERO, I'm still waiting for an order from Shein, I hate them, there is no way to contact them, my order is still “delivery
We're sorry, your recent delivery attempt was unsuccessful. Please kindly contact your local carrier to retrieve your order.” It arrived on December 6th and today is the 21st. Still don’t have any answers
Who else has this happened to? Your orders showed up? My house is a corner IMPOSSIBLE to miss

This is by far the worst delivery company I have come across. This is the third time the same man throws my packages in the middle of my lawn. But this time he managed to hit my dog! I have called every number and tried every chat attempt. I guess I won’t be ordering from shein anymore. I don’t understand how this company is not shut down
