If I could give this company zero stars I would ! I’m starting to think they lie about the “failed delivery attempts” i work from home and no attempts are ever made . Each package I order from SHEIN takes a whole extra week or 2 to actually get to me because they keep saying delivery attempts failed like 3 to 4 times before I actually recieve my package . This is such an inconvenience. I hate that SHEIN started using them as a deliver service I never had this issue before when they were using usps .
They also don’t have a customer service number . They take forever to respond to emails and they just gas light you but never give any real answers about your package .

This interest shipping company. They have no way to contact customer service. They lie about delivering packages saying it failed but they never even attempt. I hate that SHEIN even used them this made me hate SHEIN all together it’s been over a month and i still have not received my things

I love ordering from temu..But I live in a condo so they can’t deliver because they obviously can’t read or know the alphabet ..Condo letter is right next to address!So unfortunately no more temu for me.

Αυτή είναι σίγουρα η χειρότερη εταιρεία ταχυμεταφορών στην Ελλάδα. Δεν ξέρουν πώς να παραδίδουν δέματα! Δεν καταλαβαίνω πώς βγάζουν ακόμη χρήματα. Α, ναι, το αγενές προσωπικό είναι ένα ξεχωριστό κεφάλαιο. Προσοχή και να τους αποφεύγετε από μακριά!

Have a package that was sent to me through Speedex and they said that they made a 1st attempt and could not get access to my home. I just happened to be working from home and can guarantee that they did not stop by. I then tried to contact the phone number that they give and that number is not in service. They say that they made a second attempt today which is not true because today is Saturday and my daughter and I were home all day. Very bad service.

I'd give -100 star if it were possible because they don't even deserve a 1 star review.The entire company including their delivery drivers belong in the🗑.The delivery drivers throw packages outside or anyone to pick it up.They don't want to do their jobs and they don't care about anyone.They absolutely have no conscience whatsoever..If you are looking for a delivery company who want to help you loose your package, a company with wicked nonchalant delivery drivers and a company who has zero integrity then speedex is your No.1 choice.By all means go for them.

Worst service ever! They delivered to the wrong address. They have the correct "house number" but wrong street. When they sent me a picture of the house it was delivered to it looks dilapidated. I will NEVER ORDER ANYTHING OFF OF TIK TOK EVER AGAIN!!!!!

First delivery from them and they delivered to the wrong street. Will not order again through a company that uses them.

I strongly advise not to use this courier service. I sent a passport application with supporting documents (birth cert, marriage cert, etc). After a huge run around of calling them and from being given lots of false leads, eventually it was determined that Speedex had lost the letter in between handing over to DHL for the final shipment.

Speedex customer service are completely unhelpful, all they will offer is to refund you the cost of the package, not the contents which they claim no responsibility for.

You are better off taking your chances with ELTA or obviously use another international courier like DHL.

Do not use Speedex, not only are they incompetent but they will do everything they can not to recompense you and will waste all your time.

Το ένα αστέρι είναι πάρα πολύ για μια εταιρεία ταχυ (ας γελάσουμε) μεταφορών, που μετά από 2 εβδομάδες και 2 επικά στησήματα (κλείσιμο μέσα από το πρωί μέχρι τις 5 το απόγευμα χωρίς ποτέ να εμφανιστούν), απαιτεί να παραλάβω από τον χώρο τους διότι δεν πρόλαβα έγκαιρα να στηθώ να περιμένω και τρίτη φορά (τί, χρειάζεται και να δουλεύω εκτός από το να περιμένω την speedex???)

The worst logistics company I’ve ever see. They lost 3 out of 4 packages.

I do not understand why Temu, SHEIN, AliExpress still work with them. It damages reputation and customer experience and only generate losses with returns.

If you are ordering in marketplace and see that Speedex was selected as logistic provider - you never receive this package.

I'm not giving 1 star but actually zero stars! Worst company in the universe! Already complained many times to temu they are genuinely the worst company in the world! So half my package was sent via acs n half speedex! Acs package arrived last month still waiting for the other half! They are absolutely useless! And no updates on their tracking, they don't pick up their phones and even their chat DOESN'T WORK! They are actually completely crap and should be closed down!

A fraudulent company seizes the money from the orders and closes its offices

Unbelievable!

ofcourse, also in my case the package is missing for over a month and I have no update from Speedex. Can someone prepare a petition or a lawsuit against them. I would gladly sign it with my name.

I am surprised they actually delivered my package right on my porch and didn’t steal it or anything. I did have a good delivery but after reading the reviews I don’t trust this delivery company so I won’t be ordering anything else from Shein or Ali Express. I rather just use Amazon but anyways. In my opinion, it might just be the people in specific areas who are criminals and losers. So Speed X really needs to consider who they’re hiring to work for them.

THE WORST +1 month for them to bring me a package, I call them, I send them an email, nothing was answered by the poor scammers.TOTALLY USELESS, UNPROFESSIONAL AND A SHAME! Compared to ACS or Courier Center, this is hell !!!
10 days later i went and got it from their shop

I hate your service. Your company lost 5 of my packages. On the label, it states beauty obsession. If your staff can't recognize the exact location, you are responsible. Lastly, your apology is unnecessary. Please find my packages.

As other stated here . Packages are stolen either by the deliverers or because they put the packages in unsafe places
