Speedex Courier SA Avis 

Ordered from Shein the worker came up marker as delivered and then walked off with my box and stole it. The neighbor seen him,. Now I am in able to get my money back or get in touch with someone...

They had my SHEIN package over a month, and did not delivered it. I went there to collect it because they never answered the phone (30calls in a week). I asked them where to call them, they gave the phone and I called them in front of them. The phone never rang and the "ladies" (god make them...) pretended nothing happened when I confronted them about the fact. I contacted SHEIN about the SPEEDEX issue. Stop buying from SHEIN if the do not change courier company! CANCEL SPEEDEX should be a fact in Greece...

Very bad company. They left my package in front of the garage instead of delivering it to my door and my package got stolen.

The worst courier company in Greece! I thought the other one was the worst but I stand corrected. Speedex is a nightmare! The package is not yet delivered until now and it's been already almost a month! And the worst is nobody is answering the phone neither the emails. The worst! The worst! The worst!

What went wrong this time? Same as the other times. 4 out of 4 packages missing. A package would have more luck arriving if you'd stop a random crack-head in the street and ask them to deliver it.

There's no courier company worse than this one! Packages take a lifetime to reach the receiver and communicating with outer space is easier than contacting them! Unacceptable!!!

The worst ever , waiting for a package since 1 month, they said that they attempted to deliver but I was absent I WORK FROM HOME I’m always home and they don’t even answer even if I try to pick up my package I don’t even have an adress

If there was a -5 I would give that!!! Disgusting!!!! I have ring assist cameras and they never even attempted to deliver. Stayed in 3 full days waiting and nothing!
Speeded takes on contracts and cannot deliver. There drivers never come and their warehouses are stacked to the brim with parcels that have to be collected. They should be stripped of their service !!!! I ordered items from the uk that came to my door in 4 days and that was in festive season . Not to mention how rude all their staff are - DISGUSTING!!!!!!!

I placed 1 order on 27/11 and two more on 10/12 at Shein. Today is 02/01 and none of the parcels have arrived. The courier company is so useless, I even put the effort to go to their branch and get the parcels myself. It could not be done as 2 parcels are at the warehouse and one does not even provide any details of the location. It seems to be lost. They don't pick up calls, the chat is useless, they never return calls. What's the point to have a tracking number if there is no track of the parcel?? Xmas ruined, I was planning to gift some of the items to my family while I was in Greece with them , now I'm leaving to go back to England. What a mess!! Customer support chat does not even give the option to cancel the parcels and get a refund.

Absolutely horrible service. Never have I every experienced anything worse in my life! I had a second delivery scheduled and after waiting at home for 8 hours NO ONE CAME OR EVEN CALLED ME. After multiple attempt to contact them, my conclusion is that the customer service either must be A: racist or B: completely stupid. Either way, they are unprofessional and incompetent.
Pretending not to hear me and hanging up, saying “one moment please” and hanging up. Just because I talk English? Shameful.
After 2 hours, I FINALLY got through the queue for the last time. I initiated the call in Greek, she answered and was able to hear me. Then, when I asked her to please not hang up on me this time (in English) - beep beep.
Tried calling another phone number of theirs that claims to have English support. After 1 hour of waiting with no updates or anything I gave up.
No hope of getting in contact with them trough the chat that is not working. No way of scheduling a pickup. No answer on email.
I really hope you read this and take the feedback constructively. This lack of service is embarrassing.

The worst ever! I mean like EVER! They won’t pick up a phone nor respond to your countless emails. This has happened whenever I’d had a parcel delivered through them. You can do better, people. At least you should!

The worse courier ever! They are lying about delivering just to have you losing your package. They never pick up, their bot on their site is for decorative purposes only and that's forcing and blackmailing customers either to chase them in vein or to find their offices themselves and go there, hoping to receive their order. TOTALLY USELESS, UNPROFESSIONAL AND A SHAME!

We just found out how the Speedex driver stole my packages. Security guard has texted me about the delivery and by the time he left with my packages , he takes pictures to confirm and then takes them back with him. It has happened twice and I have the car registrations of both who stole my packages. I don’t know if police can do anything about but next time I’m going to make a trap for those criminals ! I’m also contacting police with all the security cameras evidences!

IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE START I WOULD. THEY SAID IT WAS NOT SAFE TO DELIVER. I LIVE IN A GATED COMMUNITY IN CHERRY HILL NJ! IN THE PROCESS OF HAVING MY BANK CHARGE THEM BACK. THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDALENT

The worst experience ever!
I order somes clothes on oct.15 i still not have my package value in $100 dollars. after severals email they told me my package was lost!!!! Now im trying to contact shein for a response. I will like not have this company delivery my packages never again!
