The bra arrived. It was huge. There was no way I could wear it even if I adjusted everything to the smallest choice. I submitted a request for a return. They insisted that the size I ordered was the proper size and then offered me 10% refund!!
Three or four more emails and I got them up to 30% refund and then I got tired and stopped fighting. Do not order from this terrible terrible company.

I ordered 4 bras from this company. Their website states:
"HOW OUR EXCHANGE SERVICE OPERATES"
When you need a different style, size or color, we've got you covered 100%! If you paid shipping on your original order, exchanges are on us, at no extra cost to you.

This statement is completely false. I ordered 4 bras in one size and got another. They advertise the size selection as circumference and cup size. IN standard size charting a 38D is an XL and I rec'd 4 in a 2XL which is way too big. So it's not what I ordered and the size is incorrect.

I have gone round and round with these people from them offering me 4 bras in the XL if I pay an add'l 18.00 to what I already spent to me saying no I'd like you to send me my replacement, to them offering a full refund if I return the product to Vietnam to them patronize me asking me to please "cooperate" with them. It's an absolute shame that any online company can boldly do this type of business in the US. I have a total of 29 messages back and forth trying to deal with these people

Also from what I am reading hear, they really need their license to operate in the United States removed. They also function under a variety of names but the support email is always support@s _ _ _ _ etc.

THEY ARE ALSO RATED "F" WITH THE BBB.

They send cheap products then refuse to honor their “hassle free” return policy.

The pants that I ordered were too large, too long and of poor quality. I could not send them back for a refund. But for another $8.99 I could get another pair of jeans or take a 10% refund, and for both options, keep the jeans that were sent to me. This is a scam company. I will never order anything from them again! Buyer Beware!

Pants were not fit to wear. I wear size 8 or 10 and ordered medium/petite from this company. I could only pull the pants up as far as my knees. The fabrick was more sheer/flimsy and pants usually are.

FALSE ADVERTISING! SCAM! I purchased pants that claimed to be 8 way stretch and used the size estimations provided. The pants did not have any stretch and were WAY too small. Upon reaching out to return the items, there are so many hoops to jump through. The company is requiring pictures and will only communicate via email. I have been trying to return these for weeks and have not gotten confirmation to return them for a refund.
