Splashbacks UK Avis 226

Been waiting for 6 weeks for a splash back. No response from emails, nobody picking up the phone either. I can only presume they have gone bust and I’ve lost over £100. Gutted.

Unfortunately the same as happened to me as the others have said, made my order early feb still waiting, account said I haven't any orders. No-one response to my many emails I sent and no one picks the phone up. Don't use this company,

Take it this company have gone bust? Did get a reply to my first email when I queried that my order status said I had no orders, told me that they were updating their website, hence why no info. Have had no response to my second email, phone calls not being answered & no live chat. I placed my order on 18th Feb & they took my payment on 19th Feb. Will now see if I can get my money back.

Terrible communication. Phone line doesn't work, no reply to emails, no reply to online chats. No idea when or if I'll receive my splashback. It's been 4 weeks so far. Avoid this company!

Ordered over a month ago and still no SplashbacksUK. No reply to emails either-like some other recent reviews getting really worried. Finally arrived a week after original review - took 6 weeks; no despatch confirmation or communication from company. Arrived only wrapped in cardboard but luckily all in one piece and happy with product. Just a shame company let themselves down and caused unnecessary anxiety.

We have an outstanding order with this company and we can’t raise them on the phone or email.

Couldn't agree more with all those other reviewers who have complained about this company's appalling lack of communication. We ordered and paid for a glass splashback and were told it would be delivered in three weeks. Four weeks and counting later no product has arrived and e-mails and phone calls are never answered. Is this company still trading?

OMG....Received a text message from DHL this morning to inform me that they would be delivering an order from Splashbacks UK!!! Yes the glass splash back is exactly what what i ordered but they are fools to themselves for lack of communication!!! To be honest I would never order from them again due to this. Update..just avoid this company altogether! Im almost certain they do not exist!!!¡ Well order from this company if you want no response or they ignore your calls regarding your order! I placed an order on the 28th January 2024...Still waiting..tried emailing-no reply...tried calling-directed to an answer phone-left message....NO RESPONSE! The splashback I have ordered wasn't cheap either!

I ordered a plain white splashback and it arrived in some very thin cardboard packing. Upon opening it one of the flimsy cardboard corners seem to have slipped and tape around the parcel was really loose. I set it gently on the table and unwrapped it and as I gently lifted it up out of the packaging it shattered and melted into thousands of tiny pieces. I’ve emailed and messaged and still no response. Very poor communication and shocking customer service.

Two splashback were ordered over a month ago but only one has arrived. Unfortunately despite emailing twice, calling and leaving a message and web chatting there has been no response to the fact that i am still missing a splashback. Comms just terrible.

Splashback arrived scratched. The outer packaging was not damaged in any way, it was packaged really well.

I contacted them to report the scratch. I had to contact them twice as no reply to my first email. They did eventually contact to say that as I did not inform them of the damage within 24 hours of delivery I had no claim. They offered another splashback for cost price, I declined.

I explained that my husband was working away and, due to my arthritic hands, I was not able to move or open the heavy parcel and because of this I had to wait for him to come back home to open and inspect it.
I received the parcel on the 20/12/23 and I contacted them on the 22/12/23.

I have emailed them again asking them if they are allowed to write their own rules for online shopping. No reply.

Shocking ! Item delivered covered in silicone , messaged using online chat , no response, multiple emails sent , no response ! Awful company , avoid at all costs

Orders in August, received in September. The print was the wrong orientation and so I contacted them by email. They were very helpful and let me reorder and prove the prints. I made payment and waited. Nothing from them by December. I have sent multiple emails and called them, leaving a message with a request for them to call back. Used the online chat. I tracked down one of their staff members on social media and messaged direct. Left comments on their FB page. Nothing, zilch no response from them.

I chose the grey tile splashback design. Ordering was easy and communication from the company was efficient. Details about fitting it were comprehensive. I also bought the suggested adhesive. As the glass was heavy to handle for me, someone else fitted it in place. I am really pleased with it. Not had a splashback before and it is very easy to wipe clean and the design goes well in my newly decorated kitchen.

Good website, good choice and delivered product has been great. We got precisely what we wanted, in exactly teh size that we wanted, safely delivered, extremely well packed. Have had it up for 3 months now and it look samazing and cleans beautifully (we went with the special coating and it seems to work really well, we never get any smears or marks on it).

We ordered the blue bell scene. Ordering and the delivery was very efficient. The instructions for placing into the wall were very straightforward. There was more than enough adhesive to cover the back of the splash back (70 by 90 cms)
We are very pleased with the end product. Looks beautiful, a real centre piece of the kitchen.

Exactly what I wanted!
Ordering details were well explained and I was made aware of the expected delivery time and that I would receive contact just before it was ready to be dispatched.
Item arrived safely and was well packaged.

Will not communicate...ordered over 3 months ago.will not offer a refund and still have my money.
Keep emailing and they do not reply.there is no phone number to call.very simple order 100cm x 60cm.
