Extremely Slow Delivery – My Holiday Plans Ruined
I placed an order with SportsGB on 24th April, and as of today, there’s still no sign of it. What makes it worse is that I placed another order on the same day with AliExpress, and that item has already arrived all the way from China! Meanwhile, SportsGB — a UK-based company — hasn’t even delivered!
I was really counting on having the items in time for the long weekend, but now my holiday plans are completely ruined. Terribly disappointed with the slow and unreliable service.

Upon reviewing your order, I noticed that the item you purchased was available with a lead time of 4-9 working days. This means the item needed to be sourced from our supplier. The delivery lead times are clearly displayed below the item on our website and also included in the confirmation emails: Your order is estimated to arrive within 4.0 to 9.0 working days. We provide these lead times to ensure you can make an informed decision before purchasing the product. The 9 working days from the date of purchase is the 6th of May, and the parcel is currently awaiting delivery by Royal Mail. King regards Sportsgb

Quick web transaction, very slow delivery
Not a go to supplier, and I remember why…. As with previous transactions, easy a quick web interface and simple ordering but then a long wait and no comms until delivery. Not really up to today’s standard considering other similar retailers.

Fast service and item was as expected.
Shoes were a great price and arrived quickly. Fit true to size with a wider toe box than many cycling shoes so comfortable on and off the bike. Sole stayed solidly on the pedals but can still shift foot around as needed. Item as described on website.

Excellent customer service
The items I ordered were not all available however the customer service team quickly got in touch to offer a refund or an alternative product. Once I had informed them of my preference the available items were dispatched immediately. Very pleased with choice of products and both customer service and speed of delivery.
