A compete JOKE ! While in their premium trial i had found and saved my favourite music on Spotify , then suddenly was blocked by them for illegal use and downloading (which i have NOT done)
I tried to contact them and all i got was an ai agent who insisted i only answer their questions WHAT !?
Anyway their loss as i've deleted everything and stopped all payment authority will NEVER EVER use them again ...Steer clear NOT to be trusted !!!

I went on the Spotify site to sign up for 3 months free premium, never having had music downloaded to my phone why am I searching google and tech websites to find out how spotify works, why is the bot like talking to a 5 year old, why can I not find the music on my phone that I thought I had downloaded, why isn't there a page on the spotify website with clear instructions how to download music, and finally I decided I can't be bothered and filled out the page explianing my irritation with the spotify system, and a full explenation of how useless the lack of help was I sent the page off to some one who probably is not interested and lets face the ultimate insult I get page 404 so did they get my reasons for leaving having just joined a few hours ago?

Spotify is taking over €10 per month out of my bank but still has me only on "free plan" access. This is outrageous!

Muligvis noget jeg gør forkert , men der er så dårlig hjælp at hente , rettere ingen hjælp at hente til at få en god start .
Så derfor opsagde jeg premium 2 dage efter . Der skal Spotify have ros , det er let at opsige .
Men jeg er så skuffet er ellers glad for tjenesten .

What a despicable app, despite being number 1 in the world with billions of users paying 10euros at least per month they had the audacity to raise the price ! I don't care anymore I won't pay this AVERAGE application .I hope the CEo gets fired and all his board .Greedy peasants. Put as many advertisements as you wish,you are barely worth 5€ /month .Overrated af.

Recently wanted to change my country on Spotify as I moved and the advisor tried but their "seniors" couldn't be bothered so they used templates and closed my case down. I needed to be charged adequately for the country I am in without leaving and rejoining. It appears that's the only option here. I will look into options elsewhere, plenty of choice!

I love Spotify, but in light of the recent price increase would like to point out that for around 30% of our sound base, the lyrics are either not synced or not available. Most of these songs are older than 10 years old, not acceptable SPOTIFY. sort your s**tout!

I've been using Spotify for several years and I'm very happy with it. There were never any bad surprises and the choice of music is impressive.
So many other brands just got it wrong that I think they deserve to get a good review!

So tired of the rubbish songs that Spotify keeps inserting into my playlist. What's the point of creating playlists when Spotify keeps inserting absolute junk into it?

I was very keen on Spotify and upgraded to Premium but then could not play my songs on my mobile phone so I cancelled Premium. But now I have to endure rubbish like adverts every 15 seconds.

suddenly asked to log in and update proxy!!! What!
How does one do that then? Your help fan club isn't any help unless you are very tech savvy.
I haven't altered anything on my computer so what have Spot done to cause this. I've been permanently logged in for a long long time.
So as one of their first customers I can't play my music now for which I am paying £9.99 per month.

The layout is amazing and I love how spotify can just give you playlists. Would be a 5 star if it was more customisable.

I was shocked today as I went to my account to find I was unable to change my password, in fact I was blocked from doing this at all! How can I be blocked. Well it's clear that Spotify is not secure. I am now looking at moving away from this service. I will be removing my payment details today. I will also be writing to my MP requesting that he look into the online security of Spotify.

Really poor support. The options do not include speaking to a human. The other options e.g. Facebook i used takes ages for a response. Gaps off around 10 minutes on each exchange. You cannot upgrade via the app and been unable to do it via their other methods. Very poor

Why do I have to log in on web to fix my account?

Also it wont let me KNOW WHAT MY LOG IN DETAILS ARE.
