The quality of the product is amazing!
Loved the options for sizing, colour and additions. The options for delivery are great whether it's collection or to your door.
The speed of delivery is great but you don't get a collection email with a code just a delivered email and you need to show the receipt/invoice at the collection point which can take a bit longer than scanning a barcode on a collection email.

The shirts are fine but UPS misdirected…
The shirts are fine but UPS misdirected the parcel. The first delivery was scheduled for 9th July but the gift finally arrived on 24th having been lost in the system. The online order tracking showed 11 unsuccessful attempts to deliver.

Personalised order mistake is hopefully being replaced
The personalised order which was for a 60th birthday present, had the printing I had requested, but it was over the top of your text: 'Your text here' , so it was spoilt as a gift - I phoned the call centre and the very helpful lady, Lona, redid the order without the underlying text, at no charge. I was very upset originally,as the birthday has now passed, but Lona has hopefully rectified the issue (tho the replacement has not yet arrived). If all is well I am satisfied.However I do think the website should be set up so the website text does not automatically show if you don't delete it

My package never arrived
My package never arrived. UPS claimed it was delivered to my door but it wasn't. I have a camera that records all deliveries and it saw no van at the time claimed.
