the sweatshirt i ordered was too small, so i accepted a voucher instead of exchange or refund, a voucher that is valid for five years.
that's what i call excellent customer service

Looking at the recent reviews, it seems this company had a lot of issues with getting parcels delivered by Christmas 2025. This unfortunately happened to me. An apron ordered on 12th December that was supposed to be delivered by 24th latest, finally arrived on the 31st, obviously way too late for Christmas. The worst thing was the lack of response to emails sent. Also they should have given an earlier cut-off date for Christmas orders. Finally they did refund me which was appreciated, and the apron is of good quality. However, it will be difficult to trust this company to deliver on time in the future.

We placed two orders with Spreadshirt, a few days apart in December, for Christmas gifts.
I found the website very easy to use (even for a 71 year old), very easy to design or modify the different elements including importing my own images etc.
We were very happy with the end product, both the print quality as well as the quality of the cotton.
The only issue was with the delivery which ran late. The first was a couple of days after the forecast date, while the second arrived a few days after Christmas. In fairness, late deliveries was a thing here coming up to Christmas. We had orders incoming from UK and Germany, and outgoing to Paris, and all were late.
The customer service follow up was excellent, numerous communications, including offering to resend the order, or a refund or credit.
Overall happy with ordering/design process, quality and customer service.
We will reuse and would have no problem recommending Spreadshirt.

Unfortunately my package never arrived - they told me when I called that they sent it out without a tracking number, so there was no way for them or me to follow up on where it was! They said there was nothing they could do on that front. Really disappointing as it was a present, and after reading so many good reviews I didn’t expect to be let down! Two stars as the making/designing process was really straight forward.

I haven't received my order which was placed on the 6th December, no tracking details are provided, and no one has answered my communications. So now I do not have 2 of my sons Christmas presents. Not happy at all 😔
EDIT - my order which should have been here between the 12/17th December finally arrived today, 29/12.
Too late for christmas but at least its finally here.

I have ordered a product that was posted on 09/12/2025 and today is 20/12/2025 still not delivered. NO track number, no conclusive replies to my emails, nothing.

Sender got in contact with me on 22/12, sent me a tracked package this time and although not on time for Christmas it arrived and my wife is very happy. And by the way the quality of the product is very good

Didn't turn up after almost two weeks missing in action. A German company desperately pretending to be a UK company, meaning you have all the vagueries of international post. Expensive, junk delivery, go elsewhere.

THIEVES! THIEVES! TOOK THE MONEY AND NEVER DELIVERED THE ORDER! THIEVES!

I placed an order on the 6th of December. This is supposed to be a Christmas present. Still didn't receive anything. The postage cost is 5,99 euros and they provide no track & trace code. Really disappointed... After 3 mails from 3 different persons at customer service I still have no solution to my problem. Received a fake Track&Trace link? And have no Christmas present now... Thanks Spreadshirt! Do not order here!!!

The quality of the Tshirt was very poor for the price. It took quite a while to arrive so no time to find an alternative gift. I’m disappointed overall with my experience.

High quality print job, perfect sizing, excellent customer service, everything arrived in time. Fantastic!

Ordered a shirt, nice quality but way too short for the size. Was refunded and they kindly did not want the shirt back, all very good. However they mistakenly refunded me twice, are asking for the duplicate refund back (of course, happy to) but instead of recharging my card they are demanding I send money via bank transfer to Germany when my bank account doesnt let me do international and the company is supposedly Spreadshirt UK. They refuse to re-debit my card for a purchase I agreed to originally by card. I've spent weeks trying to resolve it, contacting my card provider, offering other card solutions like paypal. They don't help solve this on their end. I wish I'd never ever ordered from them, it was not my mistake and I'm left with the hassle of trying to fix it and now getting multiple demands for a bank transfer I can't make. Absolutely horrible experience.

I received a “reminder” to pay them by transfer on 03 October hence repeatedly. I have no trouble understanding their email.

I have been given a PayPal address for an account that will not accept my payment in GBP on 06 October.

I have now given up trying to solve this.

Ordered some Tee shirts - and they where a little large - so was just essentially going to re-order under the assumption returns would be off the cards - but thought I'd just check if it was possible. It was! Not only that but it was painless and in light of green credentials- they said just to donate the tee shirts as to save on more posting. Legends. If more companies and individuals had attitudes like this the world would be a better place. I never write reviews unless it is deserved, so congrats kids xoxo

Ordered a hoodie with a berserk print, its really nice but was too small, I tried to return it but they told me to keep it and just sent me another in a bigger size. Really good customer service and a positive experience 👍

The quality of the product is amazing!

Loved the options for sizing, colour and additions. The options for delivery are great whether it's collection or to your door.

The speed of delivery is great but you don't get a collection email with a code just a delivered email and you need to show the receipt/invoice at the collection point which can take a bit longer than scanning a barcode on a collection email.
