The T-shirt I ordered isn’t quite as I expected. The T-shirt is as i designed it, however the red print isn’t as vibrant as it was displayed on the design portal. It turned out somewhere between pink and red

I am really sorry to hear that the end result of the design did not match what was displayed on your computer screen.
The colours on your computer screen are made slightly brighter than what they may look like in reality. Also please take into consideration that each computer screen's settings differ from one to the other, which can result in colours appearing slightly different than they will be printed.
Of course exchange or return are possible. I sent you an email so you can file a complaint.
