Emma Smith has kept in contact and up-dated me throughout the process and will continue to do so. So helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Service was impeccable
I phoned yesterday to place an urgent order and Emma Smith was efficient and very helpful. She managed to get our order dispatched for next day delivery at no extra cost and prevented us running out of urgent warehouse supplies! I would definitely recommend Springpack. Service was impeccable.
