I sent an email to the general enquiry…
I sent an email to the general enquiry email address and within 10 minutes I had an response back. Less than an hour and half later I was sent up with a new username and password and my order placed.

Great service, products and prices
Have worked with Springpack for many years and couldn’t fault them.
Communication is great, from ordering online to ordering via email is easy and simple and the quality of products is great.

Springpack were able to expedite one of our orders which we needed urgently and in the end managed to provide a 3 week improvement. Communication throughout was excellent and even if they didn't have an update to share, they frequently touched base to reassure that they were still working on it.
