Excellent company to deal with!
With the new EPR regulations coming into force we needed all the information with regards composition and weights for the packaging we buy in order to comply.
Katie was amazing, not only extremely patient and pleasant on the phone, but had everything to hand information wise.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Springpack, not only for their bespoke packaging but for the off the shelf solutions and deliveries are always prompt.

Great Products and Service
Really helpful customer service department and sales rep. Quick and accurate deliveries every time. Provide us with annual usage reports and stock holding reports for bespoke products monthly, which is very useful. We have used Springpack for years, and they don't let us down.

We were missing some of our delivery, I emailed Customer Service to advise what had happened and Emma was very prompt to reply and investigate - the matter was resolved within hours and i was kept up to date. Great communication and a quick resolution.

I met Springpack at Intralogistex
I met Springpack at Intralogistex, which followed with site visits by their team (who have always been friendly). They have been consistently competitive, and we have since transferred all of our packaging supply needs to them.
Charlie has been our main contact since the first site visit, and from day one has been friendlly and helpful. His and his team's suggestions have led to multiple changes in our packaging processes.
The orders have always been fulfilled on time, and we are yet to have something go wrong with a delivery (though I hopefully haven't jinxed it now!).
