We're sorry there were a couple of attempts needed before the consultation connected successfully. Video appointments can depend on the strength and stability of the internet or mobile connection being used at the time, and in areas with weaker signal, the connection can sometimes be less reliable than one would like.
We're pleased the appointment was able to go ahead and that the GP provided the support and follow-up you needed once the connection was established.

Easy access to GP for referrals
I used this service as part of my private health cover and was well looked after. It was easy to get a video call with a knowledgeable GP in order to get an assessment and referral to a specialist. Highly recommended.

Waste of time, they push you to a GP
Long waiting times and many questions just to be told that they cannot prescribe medication on a virtual consult. What then is the point of the service if I'm still reliant on a GP appointment?
Not an effective service and not what I've experienced using a previous virtual GP service.

Had a call with consultant. Expressed my concerns. There was no empathy, said will send a follow up email, and I am still waiting one month later. At the end of the call, the consultant simply ended the call before me finishing my sentence. Not the best experience.

I have used this service twice, and always had a great outcome. they understand and listen, they use their knowledge to refer you to the correct doctors needed. i spent the past 15 years back and forth to my regular NHS doctor, i came to square health for help and finally got the answers i needed thanks to the experience of this service.

I used this service to speak to a nutritionist and also a doctor. Easy to use, knowledgeable individuals. Extremely happy with the advice and support they provided/are providing. Highly recommend.

I've got great use of the membership now, knowing what is available
For a long time I wasn't aware of the services included in my subscription. I've attended 6 x30 mins online counselling/mental health sessions with Ms L Kaas. I find her very supportive and interested. On one occasion I missed the start of the appointment & she took the time to phone me to ensure I didn't miss the appointment altogether. Great customer service. I also availed of the annual bloods screening, which gave very detailed results. I could follow up with a GP appointment too, but this was a little strange as the online GP wasn't sure what to do and neither was I. Probably a little strange a GP who doesn't know a big pile about you, I have a referral for a vascular issue I have so I need to check if a private consultation is included in the membership before I proceed.

Easy to get appointments, no nonsense discussion, straightforward referral. Professional experience.
Only minor downside is that each GP appointment can only cover one condition.

Used mental health services. I found a brilliant therapist, and I benefited greatly from these sessions.
Booking could have been easier with filtering, and a rescheduling option would be a great addition, as right now the only option is to cancel the session.
