Very professional experience and very responsive. I had asked if they could ensure delivery by a specific date as it was my daughters 21st birthday present. They responded immediately that they would do their best. And it arrived on time! I couldn’t be more pleased.

I purchased online where it stated it take 3 to 5 days to print, well, 10 days in I had no confirmation it was or had been sent. Took numerous emails to have it "sent for post" the day they replied to my email, it then took another 10 days to travel to me from a depot 2hrs away from my address. It was a very disappointing and terrible service. The print did arrive, eventually though the quality is mediocre. Won't do again

I logged in...designed.. customized... and ordered with incredible ease! Boom, PERFECT GIFT!

...being a guy...i put the wrong date... (shocker I know) I reached out to the support team to see if there was a way I could rectify my error. Not only did I get immediate response, they were able to recreate a new map and send it out without any hassle!

I received the map, and it looks amazing! More importantly I got the teary.."I love you" response I was hoping for!

Not worth your money, complete waste of time. Very disappointed.

I received all three of my prints and I am in awe of them! Incredible work, I absolutely LOVE how they turned out. They mean the world to me because they represent special times in my life and even the one I got for my sister, for when she lost her son at 18 weeks. Hoping she cherishes it as much as I cherish them!

Ordered on the 4th of Feb as a valentines gift for my fiance. Heard nothing until I emailed them on the 10th to be told that it wasn't even shipped yet. I was told that they didn't expect such a high volume of order. Hard to believe there was such a lack of preparation for a busy period considering most people have turned to online shopping over the past year. My advice would be not to accept orders if you cannot deliver within the stated timeframe or at least be upfront about the delays so customers have a choice.
The product finally arrived on the 19th of Feb. The picture is nice but the frame is cheap and there is a split where 2 corners are joined. I would have expected a much better quality frame for the price.

So happy with my Starrymap and had a really great experience working with the company. The map looks awesome and was a really special gift to give. The company was super responsive and helpful and made things as easy as can be. I highly recommend getting one of these for yourself or someone special. 10/10
