Super snelle service, klantenservice is enorm vriendelijk ze doen er alles aan om klanten blij te maken. Mijn poster was beschadigd, en ze hebben mij meteen geholpen en een nieuwe opgestuurd. Prijzen zijn totaal niet duur, maar de service die je terug krijgt is ook van belang, je krijgt extreem snel antwoord terug op je mail, de levertijd is veel sneller dan de andere poster bedrijven. Aanrader!

Ziet er redelijk goedkoop uit, geen echt glas in de lijst.
Ook ziet het goud in het marmer er geel uit en heeft geen glitters erin.

Received a broken product at first
I designed my own starchart, placed my order on the 9th of august. I received it on the 17th, but the frame was broken. I immediately emailed the company and added pictures as proof. Shortly after, they provided me with a brand new frame and solved my problem free of charge.

The poster arrived extremely creased and torn in one area! Contacted customer services and they got back in touch with me 48 hrs after my email, I asked for a refund as I was unhappy with how damaged the poster arrived which they agreed to and because they had already re issued the poster this was also sent! My experience wasn't the best but please don't be put off with just my experience as the issue was resolved.

Ik was vergeten de datum op de poster aan te passen naar de juiste en contacteerde Starty Sky Poster via de mail. De productie medewerkers waren echter zo vlot in hun werk dat mijn poster al overgedragen was aan de vervoerder voordat de klantenservice kon reageren op mijn mail. Alsnog kreeg ik hele vriendelijke reactie dat ik een tweede poster nagestuurd krijg met de juiste datum, zonder extra kosten of terugsturen van het origineel.

klantenservice biedt goede oplossingen
Mijn vriend heeft bij dit bedrijf een poster besteld voor Valentijnsdag. Ondanks dat hij de poster ruim op tijd besteld had is deze te laat geleverd. Als reactie hierop kwam dat er een grote drukte door Valentijn was. Dit is natuurlijk erg vervelend, ook omdat de uiteindelijke leverdatum twee weken later was. Dit is gelukkig wel heel goed opgelost door de klantenservice. Ze hebben een deel van het geld teruggestort zodat mijn vriend daar bloemen van kon kopen als goedmaker. Dit maakte de langer levertijd dan ook een stukje minder erg. De poster ziet er erg mooi en scherp uit. Ook was de poster heel goed verpakt tijdens de verzending.
Al met al een goede ervaring met dit bedrijf door de goede oplossing en de mooie poster.

Afbeelding niet scherp
Helaas is de sterrenhemel niet scherp, waardoor het allemaal heel vaag is.
De achtergrond en de tekst is wel scherp.. Levertijd was wel super goed, binnen 4 werkdagen bezorgd!
Binnen 1 werkdag meteen een nieuwe poster gekregen, dit keer vlijmscherp!.
