Its been more than 2 weeks since i placed an order and I still haven't gotten it. They claim that delivery is 3-6 days but that is just untrue. My order got delayed twice for no apparent reason and their customer service takes too long to reply.

The website clearly states "3-6 days" for shipping - my order was placed on February 1, and is STILL "In Production".

I've sent an e-mail to support - no answer yet.
*** UPDATE: I received an answer quickly after the review. Editing my rating to TWO stars, as there does seem to be someone on the other side.

Basically, feels like a scam at this point, so I'm definitely not ordering from here, regardless of the outcome.
***UPDATE: NOT A SCAM. Will avoid ordering, however, in the future.

Due to the lack of communication from their Support, and the unkept shipping dates, I had to order another present which is simply ridiculous, regardless of whether this turns out to be a scam or not.
***UPDATE: I've already received the item from the SSP competitor. I used the paid shipping option to make sure I will have it in time. It's glowing in the dark, and I love it.

I ordered a poster last week, and today it arrived. I didn't expect it to arrive so quickly because it was international shipping to a different country. The poster looks amazing, and everything on it is correct. I highly recommend this store. Thank you, because thanks to you, I can give my boyfriend an amazing present for our first anniversary that will stay with us for our whole life. <3

Ontzettend goeie service! Poster besteld met een marmeren achtergrond. Achteraf kreeg ik spijt van deze keuze en heb ik de klantenservice gemaild of ze de achtergrond nog voor mij wilden aanpassen. Ze wilden wel een uitzondering maken. Poster kwam een week later al binnen en ziet er erg mooi uit. Ben er super blij mee. Het is zeker een aanrader en het staat prachtig in huis! Dit is bijvoorbeeld een ontzettend leuk en mooi cadeau voor Valentijnsdag.

I had to contact costumer service and they replied very fast and were extremely helpful and understanding.

Tech support is amicable and will do their best to answer every question.

Amazing customer service. I received one starry picture with the wrong date of birth on it, I was unsure if it my mistake or theirs but regardless my email was responded to immediately and they resent a new starry picture with the right date of birth on it at no cost to me. Love the starry pictures and can’t wait to give them as gifts. With any company if the product is good and the customer service is great it will encourage you to purchase from them again. My only comment would be that I do wish the frames were better quality, plastic not wood as stated but that is a little thing.

Nothing to Say, i got exactly what i wanted in perfect condition.
