So we went back and forth with this…
So we went back and forth with this finance company for 5 days for the finance to be accepted then at the last minute they ask us to pay £16,000 to settle a existing finance..to take finance with them. For a £15,000 car what kind of logic is this. And when speaking to them on the phone they refused to speak to the customer and said they would only deal with the broker..whattttt! Worst experience we’ve ever had. 5 days of back and forth for absolutely nothing. Terrible terrible company. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!! 😡

Startline are really approachable…
Startline are really approachable friendly and got me from application to driving my new car in less than 4 days and that was waiting for the garage to prosses the car will definitely use these guys again in the future

Phoned the finance company
A day before to be clear about what I need to pay to the dealership on the day
They told me only the deposit
When I arrived to the dealership
They asked for £360 adm fee
Was not in the contract
I had no choice after travelling 250 miles to get the car
66 years old and disable
They told me in the dealership
I had to pay the £360 admissions fee to get the car
Even was not in the finance contract.
Very disappointed experience !!!!!!
I had no choice….
Already had sing the contract days before and insured the car

Fantastic work to all the team at startline. I’m that typical customer that changes my mind just before I pick the car up but Startline was really patient and supportive with me. The money was paid back from the dealership and I’m now looking for my second choice. With them luck. 🙈.
