Star Wedding Rings Avis 

Ordered 2 silver bands on a Thursday evening and received them by Monday morning due to Covid-19 slowing the postal process. They were dispatched same day!

Lovely rings, and unbeatable in terms of price. They also have a lot of designs unlike somewhere like H.Samuels which have a lack of simpler designs.

I was worried looking on here at the negative reviews however I’m glad I chose the company as all is well! I got 3 different emails one to say I’d ordered, another to say I paid and a third with dispatch notes and a tracking number.

I ordered a wedding ring for my husband the ring arrived however I had ordered the wrong size the item was replaced with no hassle. Thank you.

I placed an order a week ago, and it was confirmed that my item would be delivered within 5 working days. To date I have heard nothing! I have tried calling the number on the website, this goes straight to voicemail. I have emailed, but based on the other reviews it doesn’t look like I will get a response. I would like an update ASAP otherwise I will be requesting my money back via PayPal. (Thankfully I used PayPal for payment)! I work extremely hard for my money, and in return expect to 1. Receive the item I have purchased, 2. Receive at least some form of customer service! I get we are facing extraordinary times at the moment, I would have even been understanding if you had notified me there would be a delay. Radio silence from you however is not acceptable!

Strange how you have loads of “positive reviews” on your website! Maybe you should also publish these reviews so your potential customers are aware of what they will actually be getting from you if they chose to order!

Terrible service. Ordered an engagement ring. Received 1 email confirming my order. They took the money from my account and I've heard nothing since. I've emailed several times and called to find out what is happening. No reply. I have now asked for a refund and to cancel as I do not trust them. So far nothing. I'll need to take this further. Despite these difficult times, online retailers should not be allowed to get away with this. Any other reputable retailer I have dealt with over the past few weeks have all been excellent. DO NOT use this company.

Ordered two rings from this company. Returned them as they were sub standard, paid over £500 and returned for a refund. Emailed, called and nothing. Now to start the claim through PayPal, absolute pain.

Update. Yes the refund was processed as a result of PayPal requesting that from you. I appreciate the timing was difficult, but emails can be accessed from anywhere these days so not excusable

We have just bought our 2 wedding rings from Star. Beautifully laid out website with good descriptions of each product. Excellent prices. The rings arrived 24 hours from ordering. Emails all long the way to tell us . Despite being measured by a jeweller, one ring was just a tadge too small. The reterns processs was complelety painless and the gentleman on the phone was very helpful. A new ring sent out within 24 hours of the other being returned. Would recommend this company. A real sense of customer service.

I ordered a ring in size U, and when it arrived it was slightly too tight. I printed the returns form out from the website as instructed and sent it back, and the ring was received and processed and the replacement size V one sent out immediately. I received emails to update me and every step of the process. Highly recommended.
