I have purchased vehicles from Stebbings on several occasions previously, Tom Boyns was brilliant from start to finish making the whole experience very easy and welcoming.

Very professional company, and do you know you can also get your MOT and service done at Stebbings.

Bought a Citroen Belingo in March this year & traded in our Car. Many thanks to Tom Boyns who dealt with our purchase. Tom made the whole process easy for us , no hard sell with the extra products available, we bought the extra warranty which was good value & happy to have. I had a few requests with the purchase of the Berlingo & Tom made sure everything was done according to our needs. My wife & were very happy with our purchase particularly as we felt that every detail was accounted for. Tom was very friendly & helped us feel as ease through the whole purchase. I thoroughly recommend Stebbings to anyone thinking of purchasing a vehicle.

We bought a car from them on 19th of December last year (did wait three months to make sure nothing will surprise us).
Tom and his colleague (apologies but don't remember his name) were extremely friendly and helpful and service provided was outstanding. They took our old car in as a part exchange which is always the best option for us, we did do ceramic coating following their advice.
Car was given clean and in perfect condition.
Will visit them again in next few years to exchange our other car.

We went looking at a couple of options for cars and discussed with Tomas Boyns. He provided us with Great knowledge and insight into the different options and how they would fit with our daily lives, Provided a test drive on the day and We now have our new car. Tom was extremely helpful from the start when purchasing my van. I took it for a test drive on the day, did not feel under any pressure to purchase. I went back 2 days later and paid a deposit. Swift , professional and straightforward purchase. I’m delighted with my van !Thank you Tom!

Don't give them a penny to hold a car, despite what their website says you'll never see it back.

I asked point blank to the salesman if I could use my card to pay online, he said that they would send a link to do so. Intentionally failed to mention that it wouldn't accept credit cards.

As soon as I found out, I told them to cancel the deal, and found another vehicle elsewhere.

3 days later, they came back to say that they would now accept cards, I told them that we weren't interested anymore, and they said they'd pass it on to finance to arrange.

It wasn't till a whole week after that they decided to tell me that they'd not be refunding. At that point it was far too late.

No doubt that they don't take credit cards because they're scummy traders that would be plagued by chargebacks.

Big thank you to Charlie, from seeing the car to leaving with the keys he was kind, helpful, and professional.

Having used Stebbings many years ago to buy a car, it was an easy choice to return. All the staff were friendly and helpful, firstly Tom who was happy after we had test driven a BMW, to go through details including given us figures to think about. Then on returning a few days later Charlie went through the final paperwork with my wife, Charlie was then on hand to complete the changeover. Quite happy to recommend them all.

Great experience with Stebbings. Over the last 13 years we have had 5 cars from them. Got my latest one tonight. I dealt with Tom who was brilliant throughout, very knowledgeable and explained every part of the process. The car was immaculate on pick up this evening,I couldn't be more happier.
