We went to the branch at Ayr and Jocelyn dealt with us exceptionally booking flights cruise and all taxi transfers in LA and a two night stay at a hotel. All went great and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Jocelyn also informed us of a last minute change of itinerary due to an environmental issue in Northern California . The only downside was the utter chaos at LA port owing to disembarking and embarking passengers mixing.at the port.The welcome aboard the ship was very poor and almost non existent this was entirely the responsibility of Princess cruises . Once the ship sailed we got the experience we had hoped. We will certainly be using Stewart travel again

Holiday went perfectly every thing went like clockwork and a great time was had by all i would recommend your company to all 5 star

Booked with Ayr branch. We discussed seating and chose our seats near the front of the plane as my wife has a mobility problem. However when booking passes arrived the seats were near middle of plane and window and middle . We wanted an outside seat . Phoned Ayr branch and received an apology. However we were not told that we could change seats online. I luckily managed to do this . Other than this we had a good holiday.

Overall the agent who worked with us booked good hotels and excisions for us, the Air Canada Flights were a disappointing, we were not made aware that the tickets were SBY, ie stand by and that meant if the plane was overbooked this could have kick us off. This travel agent did not mentioned this at the time of booking and we ended struggling when we tried to book seats so we could seat together, in-fact we could not do this, we were just allocated what was left at the gate. Air Canada said its down to your agent. BTW do not fly Air Canada, worest carrier I have flow over 35 years.

Excellent service. Sam answered all our queries promptly, and our trip went well. (Baltic Tour plus train/ferry/hotels going and coming.)
Minor concern that we only received our documents about ten days before we left. However, we understand the delays involved, and were advised about them by Sam. Thanks!

I have just returned from a holiday to Dubai with my family staying in the Voco Bonnington hotel that was booked for us through Linda in the Helensburgh branch of Stewart travel. The holiday was superb and the staff, accommodation, breakfast & location were all fantastic. We all loved everything about the hotel & our rooms were beautiful, definitely 5* as stated.
We had no issues with our flights or the connection taxi's, everything arrived on time and there we're no issues at all. The value for money with this holiday was superb, as is always the case when we book our holidays through Stewart travel. Tickets arrived on time as always and if there had been any issues I knew help & advice was only a phone call away. I would definitely recommend Stewart travel, Linda and all at the Helensburgh branch staff for their fantastic customer service....next holiday already booked :-)

We went into Stewart travel Ayr shop in January with or 3year old daughter.
We were greeted by staff and sat and looked at numerous holidays until we got one to suit which was to the Algarve,flights ideal everything was fine as this holiday included 3 days pass to zoo marine,which was why we ended up booking it at over £2200,,as she was going through holidays I had my phone open looking at jet2s website at same holidays.The price she told us was exactly what jet2 quoted online,then she says she was giving us £100 off ,so £2200it was .
A few days before holiday when we received tickets paperwork for transfers etc through post I noticed no zoo marine tickets.so I called up shop and was told that person didn't work there anymore and the tickets were never in our price so not getting them ,but I could buy them from them,which I didn't,
So on holiday we got talking to a few couples and found out they booked direct jet2 and guess what all included in the same price we paid which ours were not.
When I called in there was no help and all I got was we will sell you them.

Sorry no thanks we went one day there as daughter was so disappointed and cost us an extra £140,so guess what always book direct with jet2 or whatever company and you won't get done out of money,

Never use Stewart travel that was lesson learned

Jayne and colleagues at Stewart travel are always very helpful and give excellent advice on planing holidays highly recommend them.

Travel consultants, helped us pick a location, based on family needs ,what we wanted, activities etc. gave us some ideas that we hadn’t even thought of.
Customer care and after care was excellent.
Holiday was Stress free. We were back a week and we popped back in to rebook same location and hotel for next year. Thanks to all staff

I did not have a balcony nor air-con only a huge fan with a huge nose cone fit for a rocket. I didn't use it.
The electrics in the hotel were in need of repair /unsafe and dangerous. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly and the bed was a decent size. Breakfast was the same every morning /basic. The hotel is well named. Not recommended for a quiet holiday.

Just back from a great holiday booked through Stewart Travel who helped us plan this wonderful family holiday. Everything was great down to the finest detail, flights,hotel, transfers etc. Good friendly helpful staff.

Always book with Stewart travel great company very helpful with everything you ask them after not flying since 2018 covid family health etc we thought things would be a bit different at the airport but Stewart travel made us feel at ease about our journey staff are so friendly and go out there way to help you.

Have booked many holidays with Stewart Travel in Prestwick, and have nothing but praise for this branch. They take the stress out of travel by doing everything for me, which I truly appreciate as I get older and find online things difficult to navigate. Every member of staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn't use anywhere else.
