Having used Stewart travel for many years I know my holiday plans are in safe hands with Jayne in the Paisley branch. She always takes interest in the travelers requirements and ensures that the holiday is matched. Jet 2 let me down this time with a four hour flight delay which resulted in not getting to my hotel till 4am (no fault of Stewart Travel)

Had a great time in kos greece, the hotel staff at sovereign beach hotel were very friendly, helpful and polite, food was good, and the cleaning staff were very nice and friendly, would go again, the entertainment was great.

We booked through your branch at The Forge Parkhead Glasgow our remit was adult only, when we arrived in Majorca we were in a family run hotel which we clearly did not ask for, I contacted the branch immediately spoke to the representative whom we booked the holiday with she put us onto the area manager who contacted us and advised the representative is saying the reason we selected the family hotel was due to our budget this is absolute lies she was more interested in her night out with the girls, we totally refuted anything to do with our budget, the manager said she would contact the resort rep to see what they could do and she made sure she advised us any cost implications would be up to us to pay we made it clear we not not happy regarding this, to cut the long story short the resort rep managed to get us moved to an adult hotel the next morning albeit we needed to pay over £100 to move which again we advised we were not happy with the additional costs due to no fault of our own.
The hotel we were moved to was nice, adult only and all inclusive which we originally asked for however the food was a disgrace needless to say we will not go back to a Globales hotel ever again as we spoke to a few tourist we met who were staying in other Globales hotels in the resort and they advised their food was the same.
Needless to say we will never book through Stewart Travel again nor go to a Globales Hotel again and shall be writing to the Head Office of Stewart Travel regarding the representative stating she gave us a family hotel due to our budget, this was our wedding anniversary which was ruined.

Booked a holiday to Zell am See, Austria with Glenda at Stewart Travel, Inverurie and had contact with a few members of the team who were all very helpful.
The hotel (Tirolerhof) and staff were first class too so we were delighted with our holiday choice.

Great experience from start to finish from the team at Stewart Travel, Prestwick. Elaine managed the booking very professionally and provided great communication and help throughout. The team at Prestwick were very friendly and welcoming and the professional service they provided was excellent. Everything was taken care of and had a great trip.

Great sevice from all the team at prestwick. Special mention for lindsay she must be one of the few people that can get a txt to you even in the middle if the atlantic. Thanks again for all your work getting fights and hotes rebooked.

Have booked through the Cruise Centre on many occasions with the staff always being very knowledgeable and helpful. Just booked today and would like to thank Nadine for her help and with special thanks going to Kerry Barrett for her recommendation. Great service don’t go anywhere else.

We have booked a £12k Silver Seas cruise due to go in a few weeks and are having real problems with changes that the company are now trying to impose and not getting any responses to our emails …. Who do we escalate this to please 🙏 - UPDATE - this has now been resolved by CruiseKings following the intervention of Silver Seas :-)

Stewart Travel are no.1 in arranging holidays, we had used the city center one on many occasions, but found Bishopbriggs branch Andrew McDowall was great, knew what we wanted and made it all so easy, we had been to the Hotel Bahia before on recommendation with Stewart Travel and wanted to return Andrew made it happen , and many thanks to him, our trip was great

Have now used Stewart Travel in Irvine for a few holidays which have all been amazing and have gone on to book another few for this year. Just back from Krakow which was an amazing experience and our hotel was perfect. Big Thanks to Lucy for all our bookings. What a great bunch of friendly lovely girls!

The agent was unable to check us in online for flights to New York via Heathrow from Glasgow. We eventually went into the agent’s office but the team were unable to check us in online.
We then had a delay of over half an hour when trying to check in at JFK for our return flights -apparently our party of 4 had “multiple listings” and the check in desk blamed this on our travel agent. Our trip also included a cruise around the Caribbean. We were supposed to have a mid range “stateroom” with an ocean view but our small, cramped cabin was on the lowest level on the ship and our view of the ocean was through a small porthole. This was our 1st cruise and we chose to use a travel agent to reduce any stress. In future we will probably revert to handling all bookings ourselves as the use of the travel agent probably caused more stress.

We have booked numerous holidays with Stewart Travel using both the Troon and Ayr branches and have always been completely satisfied with their level of customer service.
Unfortunately, we recently had to cancel a holiday to Cancun due to us contracting COVID-19. Jade from the Troon branch was absolutely amazing as she very quickly arranged for our cancellation confirmation from TUI and as such, we were able to progress our insurance refund within a 24 hour period. Jade thence arranged a holiday to Florida which included the booking of several hotels together with a cruise to the Bahamas and the Caribbean; all of which went seamlessly with us having a terrific and stressless experience throughout. Once again, thank you so much for providing a very efficient service.
