Installation and after care left a lot to be desired. The finishing touches of the sealing was dreadful. The fitters were basically kids, they siliconed over the protective film - so once it was peeled off the silicone was then damaged and not sealing. The chaulking used on the up stands was poorly laid, originally I thought (and was told by after care) that this was silicone - which would make sense as it was a seal between the up stands and finish painted walls. However when the fitter was begrudgingly sent back he said it was chaulking before poorly laying a second coat on top. This now means I need to redo it and paint the walls again.

I updated the after sales on this situation but never recieved a reply back.

Everyone was so easy and friendly to deal with at this company. They even sent out a sample when I inquired about another stone. I could not recommend them enough!

We used a Stone Circle some 9 years ago to fit a granite worktop in the kitchen, during a recent refurbishment of the kitchen some of the up stands were broken and needed to be replaced. We also needed additional granite for the window ledge and the upstand behind the cooker range.
We visited Stone Circle to see if they could carry out the work and requested a quotation that we accepted.
On the day of the installation we were concerned that the new granite and old granite would not match, no such worry, the match was fantastic and a Matt who carried out the work was absolutely meticulous.
You need look no further if you are looking for any type of material for your work surfaces, Stone Circle are very highly recommended

My granite work tops look amazing. The service from Stonecircle is excellent, and the fitters did an amazing job.

A bit more communication about delivery times, e.g. A quick call in the morning to give approximate timings, is my only suggestion as to how the service could be improved.

Overall the guys at Stone Circle were excellent. The measurement/template process was comprehensive but did result in my only niggle. We had an underslung 1.5 Blanco sink with drainer which was accurately measured, though I didn't realise and it wasn't pointed out by the guy measuring that the drainer would not fit once the sink was fitted. £70 wasted. When the work surfaces arrived they were fitted with relative ease, owing to the length (3.2m) of some of the pieces. The guys were professional and did a very good job so very pleased with the result. All the appointments made were kept and the whole process was efficiently completed.

Kitchen worktops look fantastic in the granite. Fitters came on time as booked. Only issue was they did not send enough man power for the size of the granite. Just as well my builders were still on sight as the two fitters would have never been able to get it in the kitchen. They struggled with 5 men.
Would recommend.

There was an issue with our order initially. This happens in every company. What makes a good one is how they respond and act.

As soon as they were made aware StoneCircle moved extremely quickly to get it fully rectified. Rarely have I experienced such high levels of customer care. I would single out David Gosney, the Sales Manager in particular for his first class handling of the situation. What could have been a frustrating process with many other companies has resulted with a very happy customer who will certainly return.

The quality of workmanship and attention to detail is also absolutely first class, along with their installation team.

Tthis company stock a large range of tiles and granite, purchased a black granite base for log burners plus kitchen tiles all products were tops quality and competitively priced. Staff where very helpful, their were no problems with delivery or installation.

We were very happy with the fitting and the end result but the communication to get to that point could have been better.

After we had paid the deposit and had the templating done, we heard nothing regarding an installation date until I contacted StoneCircle. Also, once we had an install date, I called them the day before to confirm all was OK only to find out that our date had changed to the following Monday.

I would still recommend using StoneCircle because the end result was worth it but make sure you stay in touch with them.
