I have dealt with StoneCircle on 2 different occasions now. Initially 5 years ago for a new kitchen worktop & then more recently, when we moved again & needed another kitchen worktop, some splash backs & vanity unit in our bathroom.

I have always received rapid & helpful response to emails or telephone enquires. Stephanie in sales is particularly good & even though my custom is of a small scale, I feel that it is still valued by the company.

I am very happy to recommend them.

We visited the showroom and excellent advice was available. We changed delivery date and they were flexible. Measuring and fitting was carried out without any problems and the finished product is excellent.
The final area of worktop was slightly less than had originally been quoted but this was adjusted automatically when the final invoice was received.
Be prepared to pay the account in accordance with stoneCIRCLE accounts procedure.

Such good service all round and the granite I had chosen was expertly fitted within the time specified. I would definitely recommend them.

Customer Service - Very Poor.
I had shopped around and had detailed plans which I provided to many suppliers - Stone Circle were not the cheapest, but as they were local I asked them if they were able to price match - which they did.
However, once the templating had been done - the price changed considerably.
Yes after discussing options with them onsite, we had agreed to add extra window sills and a bit more length to the breakfast bar overhang. However we had also made reductions to the original plan - all in all the additional stone for worktops was 4sq millimetres + 3 window sills. The additional cost over £750
I emailed to query this and got no reply
It was very close to xmas so we had to proceed or be without a working kitchen.
We also ran out of money - so we cancelled the stone for the utility room (& 1 window sill).
The fitters were great and the stone looks fantastic - but it feels like they pulled a fast one given the circumstances.

I went to the showroom to look at everything and it was very impressive. The staff are very helpful and helped me pick the stone I liked. They came out to measure up and I thought everything was going to be done in one visit but unfortunately that was not the case and this was not explain to me. Also when the email was sent through to me I didn’t have time to look through it and my fitting date was then cancelled this also was not explain to me a quick phone call to tell me they were waiting my response would’ve helped which I would’ve then done and they’re fitting date would’ve suited me. Then I had to come back and re-measure for the splashback and that was fitted on a separate day which held me up

Loved it here...lots of choice and samples to take away to make my decision..after I had picked the one I wanted it was still hard to visualise what it was going to look like but wow I’m over the moon..service and fitting both excellent and would definitely recommend

The templating was done extremely well and we are very pleased with the finished work surface. It looks great and is so easy to keep clean.
