What a great company, Our delivery came on time, very polite driver and tracking was excellent. More companies should use this delivery service. They train their crews well.

I had a delivery of bathroom furniture along with a loo and sink, most of which was very heavy. There is no room at all to leave anything at the bottom of the stairs. The driver very kindly carried everything upstairs for me; there was no way I could have lifted the loo up the stairs on my own! I was so grateful and hoped that the rest of his deliveries were a bit easier!

In a world where it can be frustrating, time consuming and maddening dealing with the majority of companies and departments we unfortunately have to deal with, occasionally someone comes along and provides a great service wrapped in an “old time” smile and they just impress. I have had two recent occasions to deal with this organisation and they have been excellent both times. Great and accurate communications and excellent staff.

We’ve received three deliveries from this company and each time the service has been first rate and consistently high.
The in advance and on the day communication about the delivery was faultless.

The delivery driver was friendly, and carried the parcel inside for me. He took care and parked respectfully. Very efficient and very pleased with the service.

Stop Star delivered two bulky items to me that were supplied by Easy Bathrooms , a quadrant shower tray and enclosure.

The communication from Stop Start was excellent , they arrived on time well within the time frame, the driver was very polite efficient and helpful.

This is our first experience of Stop Start , I hope it is not the last , based on this delivery they are one of the best delivery companies we have dealt with .

The supplier did not get the consignment to Stop Start in time for the next day delivery so it ended up being 24 hrs late, not their fault. The driver decided to reverse the 500 yards up our access, only the second one do so in 10 yrs as it saw it as his best option. Clearly a reversing expert!

Recently had a delivery via these guys... The live tracker is great, and getting a call 30-60minutes prior to delivery really allowed me to plan my day better.
The delivery guy was upbeat, pleasant, helpful and respectful. He had no issue putting my item, which was very heavy into the room requested.
