I ordered the new sink from Pluming world and within a few hours i had a delivery schedule.
then i was contacted by Stop start saying when my item would be delivered, they kept me informed all the way so i knew when they would arrive. when they arrived the driver couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful, just great to see pride in their work.

We placed a order on Friday morning with a supplier in England, was told 2/3 business days for delivery, Stop Start were the appointed courier, have to say service was outstanding, we received regular tracking and updates with a scheduled time for delivery, from ordering on Friday we received goods before 9.30am Monday morning, driver was cheery and kindly brought item up 2 flights of stairs to our door.
You guys have a standard that is far superior to the competition.

Delivered a very heavy shower door at a time when I was on crutches, the driver brought it into our very awkward door and placed it out of the way for us. Top service.

The delivery from plumbworld was on time and delivered within the two hour delivery slot. The driver was very polite and helpful. The driver helped me lift in a heavy shower tray. All in all it was a very good and efficient service.

One driver for a two man lift item not acceptable really 🤔 3rd replacement item from plumb world hopefully they will reconsider using this specialist fragile delivery company.

Very good communications with customer. First delivery date cancelled due to weather conditions. I was kept informed. Second delivery gave me a two hour slot when item would be delivered. Could follow delivery progress right up to my front door. Driver very friendly and helpful. Only hope the delivered goods are as good as the firm that delivered them!

We are currently renovating our bathroom. We ordered a shower tray which needed to be fitted on a specific day by our tradesman. The supplier used Stop Start to deliver and we were glad they did!

The communication was excellent and we were able to track the delivery from start to finish. The driver, Ion, was very helpful and friendly. We are happy to recommend this company.

Absolutely awesome, needed to arrange a pick up of a huge mis-ordered shower screen and delivery of the correct one.
So helpful and clear in communication.
Then the pick up and delivery was done by a nice friendly driver.

Was really surprised that my delivery arrived on time as the weather was atrocious (heavy snow and icy conditions)and I was fully expecting it to be cancelled.
Driver was courteous and took the time to msg to say he was five minutes away.

Having had lots of snow in the Highlands and when Amazon drivers failed to make the trip to our house the Stop-Start delivery driver arrived with an enthusiastic smile and a can do attitude went above and beyond not only managing the challanging conditions he insisted on taking my heavy delivery into my house. You are lucky to have such a biddable driver on your books. Can't thank him enough. 11 out of ten

The guys went above and beyond expectations for a delivery service, frequent updates on time of arrival, polite and respectful throughout the visit and resourceful when dealing with large furniture.

James the driver sent me a text to give me a time he would be delivering and sure enough he arrived on time. He was very friendly and helpful and took great care in handling my goods which were quite fragile. Excellent service all round and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

On time, item delivered in good condition. Driver was great, he even took his shoes off to avoid marking new carpet.
