Staff and customer service are excellent and price was really competitive. Nothing is too much trouble for them and staff go out of their way to help.

Great facilities and excellent knowledgeable staff. The only criticism is the car par as you drive in needs seriously sorting. It has two barely visible islands as you drive in which can be hazardous. If they were removed it would be easier to enter the gates. Also the hedge as you drive out of the gates prevents you seeing oncoming vehicles and again is hazardous. Other than that this is the third time we have used you and wouldn’t go elsewhere now. Great team!

Fabulous service! Staff are only too willing to help. Great welfare facilities with free tea and coffee. Really good introductory offer to new customers. Will recommend this company to friends and family who require storage facilities.

All the staff at Ellesmere Port branch are polite courteous and very helpful The facilities are very good and with the offer it is great value for money.So far very pleased with the overall service
