Unhappy
They tried to charge me double what it should cost for a service for my car. The on board charger had broken. I paid extra for a fast charging facility when I bought the car but they replaced the broken fast charger with a normal charger. When the on board charger broke, it broke our household charger too and I am yet to hear whether Porsche will be paying for the replacement of our household charger.

The senior service staff are not…
The senior service staff are not helpful or nice to deal with.
After having the car at stockport for nearly 3 weeks
have driven oit for just under 20 miles it has three issues .... tyres , air con filter and low brake fluid.

Really poor service.
Really poor service.
My 3 year old car broke down evening of 25th November. Porsche Assist sent a third party to recover my vehicle to my home due to the dealership being closed. Third party recovery damaged the car.
Called Porshce Centre Stockport on 26th November for advice on how to get the car to the dealership. Person I spoke to couldn't have had a worse attitude. Was told to call Porsche Assist as it was "nothing to do with me or the dealership" and was basically told it wasn't their problem.
Car was collected and taken to the dealership on 26th November. Wiring fault caused the traction control and spoiler modules to fail.
Car collected from Porsche Centre Stockport on 1st December. Upon arriving home, the spoiler was stuck in the extended position and wouldn't retract. Next time I started the car I received a Chassis Error. Called John who had dealt with the original repair, but he was unavailable. Called twice on 1st December and twice on 2nd December and had to complain before I got a call back. Was told I couldn't be seen until 17th December so complained and was booked in for Friday 5th December.
Needed to cancel the appointment and also had further issues with the car to discuss.
Called twice on 3rd December to cancel the appointment with no call back. Also called twice on 4th December with no call back. It is now 4pm on 5th December and still no call back.
I would not recommend Porshce Centre Stockport on the back of this. The calls were regular and the service was amazing when they wanted my money for the car, but the aftersales service has left me questioning whether I want to keep the car or sell it and spend my money elsewhere!
