Recently brought a reconditioned Xbox one elite series 2 controller. The delivery was fast and everything looks good.
However the right thumb stick doesn’t register as a button at all. I think it’s pretty bad that it’s been sent out and one of the buttons doesn’t work. Are they not tested before hand? It’s a gift for my son, and it’s a good job I checked it before I gave it to him! Just a bit annoying that I now have nothing to give him when he comes over this week and is expecting a present
It’s not cheap even if it’s reconditioned. I’ve send an e-mail requesting advice and I will change my review according to their response

The service received was excellent. My concern was swiftly and politely dealt with. The equipment arrived very quickly. I was surprised to discover that most of the products are not new and feel this should be made clearer but this is a minor and individual opinion.
