If we don't know of an issue we can't fix it for you. Rather than a 1 star review, just contact us and we could have replaced or refunded. Tough enough times for businesses right now, we'll always try and rectify any issues but it seems some just enjoy affecting a business in a permanent way

I really enjoyed my fusion hair extensions course with studio 58. I thought the tutors comments where helpful and am excited to now be qualified in this type of extensions. I am going to book the nano course next.

Wow, this has to be the most incredible circumstances for a customer to leave a 1 star review.
The order was placed by Hayley at 9.43pm on Frid 27th March, meaning it would not be dispatched until Monday 30th April.
She chose our slowest delivery service that TYPICALLY is up to 3 days (not including the day of dispatch) meaning that today (2nd April) the order is still not late. BUT, of course we are not in typical circumstances right now during the Covid 19 situation - deliveries are on occasions taking longer, quite understandably (you would think), as couriers & Royal Mail have less staff in all parts of the delivery chain.
This is the first customer we have had who hasn't allowed ANYTHING for the situation we are in, everyone else has been empathetic and mature in their expectations, and we frankly find it absolutely incredible that at a time when businesses are trying to stay afloat that a customer can show such a lack of understanding and kindness particularly when at the time of leaving the review the delivery isn't even late!
We have some amazing customers who repeatedly buy form us, this isn't the sort of customer we wish to retain. We have tried to keep this response as measured as we can, and feel any reasonable customer reading this would be with us in our feelings on this. Thank you.

Italian keratin rebonds - clear
I just received a few, and i mean a few, tabs of clear Italian keratin rebonds in a bag through the post, for which I have paid £12 for. I am really not impressed!
Thought there would be way more. I cant see what was the point of ordering such a tiny amount.
bit disppointed. just check your amounts when ordering, or you will be shocked at what you receive!

Hi Rosie, there are 50 in the bag.
The product description on the website is: 'Italian Keratin Re-Bonds - Pack 50 (enough for 100 tips).
There are enough for 100 tips as each chip contains enough keratin to be cut in half to make 2 re-bonds.
It's a clear and concise description of what you will receive. So we don't know why more were expected, or you are shocked. You have received the correct amount. In the interests of clarity though, you didn't pay £12 for just the product as £3.50 was you postage and packing and £1.40 VAT. Kind regards. Studio58

Really amazing service. Easy, simple instructions and reliable. From start to finish I was in contact with a professional. The course had such great in depth instructions, pictures and video tutorials. The starter kit you receive is of really good quality from the head/hair to the tools. Studio 58s hair extension courses are easy to understand and follow. They cover everything you will need to know. Easy to contact. Also supply hair and tools which is great with a trade account and all at reasonable prices. I'm very pleased with the course and support would definitely recommend using studio 58.
