Unreliable
Been told hair would be in stock 10 days.. 3 weeks later still no stock!!
Understandably it’s out with the companies control.. so why they told me 10 days in the first instance is beyond me?!
Proceeded to order nano tip hair for another customer which I’ve never ordered before. The quality of hair was actually so bad and shedding everywhere I’ve had to give her full refund :(:(

Thank you for your review. Any customer asking about stock as you did was told around 10 days as we had an order being made that was due in around that time frame. But as all the hair factories are in China, the Corona virus then hit China and as everyone knows pretty much shut everything down. Our factory were told to close and all workers stay at home to try and contain further spread of the virus. The factory is still closed which you are correct in saying is completely out of our control. Regarding the shedding, I can find one nano ring order dating back to November (this order number is not nano hair) and we had no correspondence from you to say you were disappointed in any way. If we don't know we can't help.

It's difficult to see how a judgement can be made by this customer when they received the extensions yesterday and are not wearing them. The test of quality extensions comes in the wearing of them, washing and styling them. As hundreds of other reviews here will testify, along with the regular repeat orders we receive from salons and professionals who know.

Initially the hair quality appeared lovely and soft. However, it feels so dry, rough and matted after a couple of weeks. I’m so disappointed. No amount of deep conditioning treatments or oils works. They look cheap and nasty. Waste of money sadly.
