fantastic quality hair
fantastic quality hair . practically no shedding and very good thickness at the ends . the ends did need a good cut after a few months despite no use of heat and lots of oils , but maybe that’s because they were 613 blonde . i also didn’t particularly like the tape that they came with , but that’s easily replaceable .
after wasting £1000+ over the past few years on bad quality hair , i’m so glad i stumbled across studio 58 . finally a hair extension company i can trust ! many thanks

Beautiful silky soft hair, great colour match which is true to the colour shown on their website. Fast delivery and great communication about my order.
I ordered 20” and would have liked some 18” as well but I couldn’t find it on the website, not a big issue. Would definitely recommend and use again

One star is being generous !! You only have to read their answers back from bad reviews to see just how unprofessional and argumentative they are!! Avoid this company. I have been having hair extensions for years and years, I usually use hair planet.com and have found their hair great. They didn’t have the colour I needed so after reading some good reviews i decided to give this company a try. What can I say, what a mistake !!! Not only is the hair of poor quality, so is the customer service. It’s the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from a company! Some of the hair I was going to have put in couldn’t even be used because of how little glue there was on the tip, after a few washes the hair was so unmanageable I have now had it taken out. Biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent. Was told I’d be sent a complaints form, I haven’t received one. Shocking. AVOID.... TO THE REPLY...... It IS a verified order and my order number is 20693. I AM the customer, the lady who fitted the hair hasn’t contacted you at all!! Maybe you should read the WhatsApp messages again so you can be more accurate. Just proven once again how unprofessional you are! Also in denial that I ever ordered from you. I have all the emails and order number so you know I made a purchase.

This is not a verified purchase review as it does not contain an order number, no messages were received from the purchaser I believe but rather from the person who fitted the hair. The person who fitted the hair is not our customer. In the interests of balance over 89% of our reviews are 5 star verified.
~20793 is an order for 200 nano rings, not hair.

This is COMPLETELY factually incorrect. This customer placed her order at 7.02pm on Thursday evening. Our cut off point for dispatch that day is 2pm, and there is a countdown timer on the website showing this, so it was placed over 5 hours after cut off. Therefore, her order was dispatched on Friday (2 days ago). The delivery she chose was next WORKING day delivery (Mon to Fri) again displayed clearly at checkout. So in actual fact the due delivery date is not actually until tomorrow. So a little puzzled why this customer thinks it is a week late?

Hair is ok quality
Hair is ok quality, have had same quality for a lot lower price before. Had to die it to get a closer colour match and now has a pink hue to it which can’t be rectified without dying them and my own hair brown which isn’t what I wanted. Glue tape on the extensions is a great quality though.
Disappointed with the low quality of packaging for the price also, however delivery was great and fast. Constant updates on delivery which is super helpful.

This seems a slightly unfair star rating. Regarding hair quality - as the customer only received the hair around the 26th November it is difficult to pass judgement on hair quality after a few days.
Where even dreadful silicone coated hair, with the cuticles stripped, can seem lovely and silky at this stage. Where we have 100% confidence in our hair is in its longevity which is backed up by many, many reviews from regular repeat customers.
Any colouring of the hair is always going to be at the customers own risk, this is very standard for any supplier, as the hair will have started out black or dark brown from the donor before undergoing processing to achieve the 26 colours that we offer. So any further colouring will not always bring expected results, and it's certainly not Studio 58 fault that the colouring attempt has produced a pink hue.
Free exchanges for a correct colour are available, but we were not contacted to offer any guidance on the most suitable colour. Pictures on the website are of course shown on a screen - which can never 100% accurately reflect the true colour in person. We have colour rings available that we are always happy for a customer to return for free should they require one to ensure an accurate match. Again, we were never asked for guidance before the customer made the purchase of the hair.
We wouldn't agree that packaging is 'low quality' the hair is packed in a branded header card and clear plastic sleeve and as this is going to be thrown away (or recycled) it would only result in extra costs to the customer if packaging was a lot more expensive.

This is of course part of the actual picture. This lady has been a customer for quite some time, but has always proved difficult to deal with being quite rude and aggressive and yet expecting my staff to just tolerate the rudeness and unpleasant tone of her messages because apparently 'the customer is always right'. Well, unfortunately no not when they are rude and seek to blame a company for things that are inaccurate or untrue (items missing from parcels that were not, discount codes not working that were etc), so we took the decision that we did not wish to retain her as a customer.
It was pointed out that poor manners are not appropriate even if they have a perceived issue.
