Had to resort to contacting the FDJ United CEO Stephanie Pallez who owns 32Red as this is beyond ridiculous.

Fully verified but my account has been frozen with £1920 in the account. Unable to withdraw. Unable to play. Live chat useless and said my account is under review but that there is no timescales for when this will be completed and could take months.

No emails or communication from support. Scam website. Do not join. If u win you will not get your money.

Daily stress and anxiety because I have no idea how long this will go on for.

Join bet365 or paddy power who's customer service is top notch compared to this clown outfit.

6 more weeks and I can report this scam website to the gambling commission and IBAS.

I have recently won a big amount on the website and suddenly 32red decided they wanted to go through extra verification on my account - I have now been waiting 2 weeks for the verification to be complete till today it has not been the money I have withdrawn is on hold prior to this I have withdrawn money with no issues and the support team is completely robotic no help and have actually been extremely rude this company feels like a scam avoid it

Sent all documents they requested and mostly everything was verified but they rejected my payslip which was on the top of the list for proof of source of funds, only to received an email 2 weeks ago requesting 3 months of payslips which could've been mentioned as a requirement from the beginning.

I would avoid this company if I were you, no wonder their rating is so low.
