We had a set of ultraslim patio doors installed in 2014. Last year the top pivot on the first door failed but was fixed after a bit of a delay. This year it appeared to fail again but the engineer w... Voir plus

UltraSlim slide and pivot doors, designed and launched in 2009 as the successor to our Slimline bi folding patio doors, have since been installed in thousands of homes in the UK. - The company started in 2003 and is now under a new generation of ownership from 2023. - Our uniquely designed door system with its unrivalled ultra slim 19mm aluminium frames is not available from any other manufacturer. - We manufacture and install UltraSlim SunSeeker Doors from our HQ base in Bedfordshire. We do not sell or install via third parties, which is how we remain competitive. - Visit our website for information and to request a quotation, a service visit or just contact customer services or sales to request a response or call-back. There are also demonstration videos and a gallery of client installations plus optional extras, such as tinted glass, integrated blinds and a choice of aluminium frame colours. - Alternatively, you can view our Frameless Glass Doors, which are ideal for room dividers, enclosures, out-buildings and commercial installations. They work on the same principle of slide and turn but are not suitable as doors from your home to outside, as they are tempered glass. - UltraSlim doors are double-glazed, adhering to British standards and building regulations, and are also available as windows. Be sure to include the original slide and turn door designers (SunSeeker Doors) for your Wow factor when you consider your new home, extension or renovation. - Visit sunseekerdoors.co.uk

Great experience, would happily recommend
We had a 5 x 2.1 metre frameless glass door system installed as our main patio door and honestly can't fault the product at all. We didn't even realise there was a fully retractable frameless door out there until we started 'Googling'!
I've read a few negative reviews, but to be honest we had a great experience, and the main point is to ensure that you don't have unrealistic expectations.
i.e our neighbour had them installed as well, but was not so happy due to the doors being installed a few days late. So just make sure you have some leeway as these things can happen. Helen, Battersea

Absolutely hopeless
The doors look good once they were finally installed. Absolute nightmare as a company from start to finish. They quote 5 weeks installation, forget it it took them over 4 months to install our bi-fold doors. What a saga, delays in installation, then excuses about suppliers letting them down. They turn up with bits missing on at least 2 occasions and had to come back each time to rectify problems. Throughout next to no communication from them and constantly having to chase them. To cap it all they want full payment up front.
I would steer clear of them if I were you or if you do go ahead withhold a good junk of the payment.
