Birthday Treat
For the first time had to give this a 3* due to the quality of hoodies which has dramatically changed and not for the better,
Customer service gets 5* as staff were excellent and understanding of the quality of the products.

Amazing product range and quality.
The product line and quality was amazing with such an array of designs and styles to choose from. If I had the money I would have had one of everything in my size🤩. My only critique is that I would have liked to have seen a larger ‘in store’ selection of belts rather than having to view them on a tablet in store. Perhaps a more contemporary range too. Otherwise a thoroughly great shopping experience.

Not happy
Not happy. Rushed out of work to pick up a coat from your Manchester arndale store that I'd seen online. Was aware that the store closed at 7pm on a Saturday so got there at 6.40pm. Was told that the store was closed and nobody was allowed it. Seems that Superdry can afford to turn customers away so I’ll be shopping elsewhere in future.
