Friendly staff & Update the design of your coats!
The staff were friendly, they offered to distribute the items in the big box that I was struggling to carry which I found to be very generous on their part. Their genuine concern made me feel cared for and made my experience at the store all the more better.
The coat I received has amazing quality. However the design of the pockets need to be re-evaluated; they're designed in such a fashion that makes it difficult to put your hand inside without fighting to force your hand inside, and I noticed this design of the pockets is common across many coats on the website which is unfortunate.
As trivial as it may seem, I will not be keeping the coat due to the poorly designed outside pockets on either side of the coat.

Jacket bought in store when went to…
Jacket bought in store when went to store to swap they asked me to pay again since they cant swap the size since they order the jacket online for me instead of from stock. Just a weird behavior, no where happens like that. Zero professionalism in process and in employees at Manchester Arendale store.
