One of the worst customer services I’ve…
One of the worst customer services I’ve ever had to endure. Twice they’ve delivered the parcel to the wrong address. Second time after telling them I would be out the country and they told me they would refund me. I’m on holiday, they delivered it to the wrong address again haven’t refunded me the money. The live chat is a waste of time takes hours for anyone to even get back to you. You email them I don’t get back to you you can’t phone them and if you do manage to get through to anything you leave a message and nobody gets back to you!
Avoid this company at all costs. Absolute joke very unhappy customer and I won’t be using their company again ever! And I recommend nobody else uses this company because it’s impossible to deal with amateurs are best!

The delivery information was not good
The delivery information was not good. It told me it has been delivered to the store but I didn’t receive the text as the delivery had not been unpacked. Only due to the staff knowing what was going on did I get my order on the day I was at the store

Fantastic service…
I ordered a dress online but I wasn’t sure if I would need a bigger size so when I collected I asked the advisor if they could check another store which she did. It turned out I needed a smaller size so I bought the dress from the shop and returned the bigger size for a refund. It was so easy I was shocked and all the advisors I spoke to were so nice and very helpful.
