I made a mistake with my order and the staff in the store was excellent, they sorted out my mistake. There were very professional, so impressed with their help! The sales assistant was a shining example of how to do a great service! Her name was Taylor done the Basildon store proud! Thank you for your help, we really appreciated it :)

Why can't you buy xxL and xxxL in the normal high street shops
I like super dry but can never find something to fit me in the shops i was at Gatwick Airport went into the shop there and i found a shirt to fit me.
I have bought two on line now very happy but still can't find xxL or xxxL size in the high street shops

Its always good to buy from superdry
Its always good to buy from superdry, however the website a little finicky. But does the work.
Stuff in basildon store are super kool and friendly.

Excellent
I’ve recently done a fair amount of shopping in Superdry over at lakeside and Basildon
Both shops I cannot fault the service at all
The staff go over and beyond to help and nothing is ever too much trouble for any of them
They are all so friendly always smiling and yes just an all round excellent service
Thank you I’ll probably be in again at the weekend 😂😂
