Friendly staff, great items in store. Only 1 issue is a concern on accessibility and how packed the shop floor is with merchandise, barely much room to move in between clothes racks, quite uncomfortable. Whilst shopping, a women with a buggy could not get through space with ease, anyone using a wheelchair would find it incredibly difficult to get around.

Good choice of coats although it sid make it a bit hard to move around the store.
Always good quality as well as a year guarantee on the purchase.
Was also given some free fragrance samples, which were really lovely, so will be back soon to purchase.
