Left security tag on
They left the security tag on so it beeped every time I went into another shop. I asked them to cover the £5 cost of getting back to the store and parking. They said no. So I returned the item for a refund and bought a nicer one cheaper from NEXT. BAD SERVICE

The coat I bought had a good range of size and colour available. The member of staff was really pleasant, helpful and was happy to chat whilst serving me.

Brilliant and ressuring experience!
Excellent service in store! Both sales assistants were attentive to needs and very helpful. Thoughtful, professional and friendly. They explained instructions clearly and went out of their way to show we which size jacket would be more suitable for me. This resulted in me ordering and paying for the jacket to be delivered. Thank you for all your help gentlemen! I will definitely be shopping in Bury store again for Christmas presents for my family. A great 5 star shopping experience.
