Shopping whilst poorly.....
The young lady that served me at the till was extremely helpful and understanding as I was abs full of flu and had left home without a jacket and needed 1. The floor staff didn't swarm me being over helpful like many stores do I prefer 2 b left alone 2 shop so overall my exp was very good thank you bury staff.

I was charged the wrong price for my…
I was charged the wrong price for my purchase, I had not noticed until I went bak to exchange my item as unfortunately it did not fit me, I was told at first that I would only get back the price on the garment but my docket clearly showed that I had paid £4 more, after much deliberation from the staff I was finally paid back the full amount, this has definitely put me off going back into the store as I was made to feel very uncomfortable and like it was my fault. Not happy.
