The staff were so helpful in store. After a quick stock check, was able to order us exactly what we were after. Arrived before the date we given and my son is chuffed to bits.

The store assistant was really helpful and made sure my returns were dealt with correctly. He then went on to assist me with alternative purchases. I will use the Cambridge store again due to the way I was looked after.

Incorrect refund amount
- I have just discovered that I’ve only been refunded for one pair of jeans when I returned 2 pairs. I have emailed tonight so hopefully this will soon be resolved. This has now been resolved.
Make sure you check your refund amounts.
