Superdry - Edinburgh Avis 

The fact the shop will not order stuff online that is out of stock for customers is very dissapointing.

Staff in store were great when I returned it. Really apologetic and very helpful.

I purchased 3 ladies tops put one on for the first time 2days ago then discovered there were two little holes on the front of one them.
I don’t stay near to a super dry shop nearest one is around 40 mins away so will need to rake it back next week. I called the shop a couple of times but as yet not been able to speak with anyone

As a costumer of Superdry for many years,
I was really shocked about this shop not because of the quality about clothes,but the attitude of the customer service,5 staff members was chatting inside the counter at the time I was there no customers just me my wife and daughter,we spend £150 in 4 items, in the time we were there no one came to ask if we need any help,when we paid I told him thank you he his back on us and back to the chit chat laughing etc etc, we did feel complete ignored buy the stuff.

Exchange process and service e very good. Sizing is shockingly bad as I bought a 2xl for my some and it would not fit a wee boy! Am not in Edinburgh and unable to return to Abedeeen as no longer a store there is stuck with a no use to anyone nearly £60 purchase. If it’s 2xl make it so please!!! Please how do I exchange (again!!)

Although would have been more convenient if St Andrews or Dundee store had been available.

I already phone the shop. Spoke to the very efficient and professional staff. I am afraid your website wrong advertise. As I ordered dress on Friday. Came to pick up the dress on Monday as dress according to the website was supposed to arrive on Sunday. Staff kindly explained to me deliveries never arrive on Sunday. It wasn't there on Monday either. As I needed that dress for Tuesday it was way too late when it arrived in the afternoon as I needed it for Tuesday lunch.

Superb and very good selection

Outlet retailer was very helpful. Home delivery sorted and package delivered before expected date. Unfortunately this meant I was away at the time so product was left on doorstep. Would have been better dropped with a neighbour considering value and Superdry logo on outside of the package. Not the stores fault I know but this is the overall experience. Would still use the service just prefer to be at home to receive the goods.

Good staff in the Edinburgh store. Originally bought the XL two in one pea coat. Having tried it at home I felt maybe it would be better in a bigger size. Called the store direct and a staff member looked a 2 XL out from the shop floor and kept it aside. Much better fit. I am usually a large so this is very small made! Very good quality stylish coat 👍
