Frustrated customer
When buying the item, the issue I had was their tablet they were using had to be charged, the assistant asked us to come back and we will be able to purchase the item, when we did go back, it was still the same eventually when they sorted it.The other issue I had was a customer asked about student discount which the male assistant said yes they did, after hearing this I proceeded to enquire myself, as he never mentioned it to me and my granddaughter was also a student, he informed me that the sign was there , but I think it should of been on the counter were customers would see it, so because of this I got a refund and bought the items again .
So the whole experience wasn't the best, never seen the sign when we left because I looked, I felt I wasted half an hour of my time just to buy some clothes for my granddaughter I'm not sure wether I would visit again.

Superdry Shacket Gift Purchase
Issues with order delivered to store but then it was mistakenly retuned to warehouse. Had to order item again this time in store. Collected parcel from store but on opening parcel at home item still had security tags on it. So, another trip to store needed to have the security tags removed.
All in all, this was a bad shopping experience as the item was ordered as a birthday gift. By time the issues had all been resolved it was a very late birthday gift.

Everything was fine
Everything was fine. The only issue was the delivery timetable, which took an extra day. However, the tracking was non existent regarding updates.

Picked a few items up Saturday
Picked a few items up Saturday, ended up going back the Sunday to exchange.
All went well. Staff very helpful . I keep forgetting I should try items on . Sizing always weird for me .

Great service
Assistant noticed in the shop that coat had been tampered with & therefore wouldn't sell it. So ordered online & arrived soon after. Very pleased with the garment.
