Superdry - Meadowhall Avis 

Just want to give a big shout out to the female sales assistant with the hat, at the Meadowhall shop, thank you so much for your help and exchanging my jumper really appreciate it ❤️

Ordered a jacket for my husband as Christmas gift. He absolutely loved it!

Good in store service. Quick delivery.

Promised next day delivery never arrived Xmas present to take abroad arrived as we were boarding our flight thank you for nothing

I was sent me link to an item on a Christmas list and I thought I would buy it whilst out shopping (to keep our dwindling shops going) only to be told there was no such thing as Black Friday in store and if I wanted the discount I should shop online! Given that it was 30% off I wasn’t going to turn it down so ordered whilst standing outside the shop to receive a couple of days later.
Shame you don’t value your shops to give them the ability to offer what’s on your websites!

Great jacket, I have 2 of them, 1 with a hood and 1 without.

Fantastic staff in-store In helping me with my issue with my jacket and very quickly resolved it form me. My original jacket I had purchased had a faulty zip and in-store staff help me and was able to order a replacement the same day via the website. Can not thank them enough makes me come back to superdry over and over again due the excellent service I receive every time I shop with yourself

Staff were really helpful.
The store was quite crowded with clothes so wasn’t the easiest to find items in. But I tried on a number of coats and found one I felt was right.
I had previously owned a super dry coat but hadn’t had the best experience. But still hoped for the best. The staff were really helpful and I raised me concerns with them and they assured me it shouldn’t happen again but to comeback if it did.

So far I love my jacket and have worn it loads so fingers crossed :)

I made a purchase from a store and stupidly forgot to use a discount voucher I had received from superdy.So I contacted customer services and asked if I could use it retrospectively...they where amazing and arranged a refund to cover the said discount..absolutely great service..its rare these days to receive such good service. They will definitely be my first choice store from now on...well done superdry!

Ended up costing me double the original pair, but found Will really helpful.

Excellent customer service, also fab coats. I will always choose super dry as they are made to last and the quality is excellent. A little bit pricey but well worth the money.

Staff were great, didn't harass you they left you alone to look around. No queue at the checkout and assistant was fantastic

I bought a fab coat, exactly the length I wanted. I found it online but wasn’t sure what size to order so we went to the shop. The lovely girls that served me gave me 10% off as per the email so I bought it there and then.
