I’ve bought a few things now and the staff at Sheffield Meadowhall store are always really helpful and friendly.
Clothes are great. Sometimes a bit of disparity between the same size so large can be good in one thing and tiny in another so usually try 2 sizes of each thing to sure the right fit.

Easy to order and collect. Product quality good. HOWEVER, item wasn't true to size and was way too large. But, easy to return with very helpful and polite staff.

Very friendly staff
Very friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere and no salesmen/saleswoman following you round, making you feel 'watched & under pressure' to buy something. A friendly Hello on entering the store & a Goodbye on leaving the store, whether you buy something or not.

The size of the shirt I wished to purchase wasn't in stock at the store.
The retail assistant placed the order for free home delivery, which arrived a couple of days later.

I asked for my blue discount to be added and it wasn’t. I realised and went straight back in the shop. They adjusted my receipt and said £8.50 would go back into my account but it has not!

The staff in your stores are very helpful and look online if your size is not available and order free to your home or look online at home if there stock is not available which uses more options.
