I recently bought two tops for my husband which were the wrong size. I took them back to a different store in the Metro centre Gateshead and unfortunately the right size was not in stock. However the lady at the till could not have been more helpful and I was able to return the tops with refund and she ordered the tops for free delivery at home. They arrived two days later. Excellent service!

Had to visit the store as my order…
Had to visit the store as my order online has still not arrived, having ordered it 17th December. I told the staff and they were very helpful with advice as to if ever my order arrives I can take it back to the store and they will help with return. They also gave me your customer service number

Only available online at the time
Only available online at the time. Had to return the first one due to a minor fault but very happy with the colour and fit. Returned the original in-store but very easily ordered another one to be sent direct. The store even honoured the discount from the first order. Arrived a couple of days later, just before Christmas. Usually a 12 but went with a 14 or a large. Perfect relaxed fit.

Online Click & Collect
I ordered a coat online, to collect from the closest store. I ordered it on the evening and it arrived in store the next morning. Therefore, I was able to pick my order up the day after. I absolutely love my coat, it's most definitely worth the money. I was greeted by a lovely girl who pointed me in the right direction and got fab service from the young lad who served me. Overall great experience.

Item not in stock in store. A very nice young lady ordered it online for us. It arrived a few days later. Well worth the wait. The colour was perfect and the fabric was a great quality. A lovely fit my husband looked great in it. Very good service. Thanks.

Fantastic customer service
Have never been in Superdry before nor bought from the website but wanted a baseball style top. Excellent customer service in store, checked the stock, and eventually found something online which they ordered for me and was delivered just a couple of days later. Perfect fit and really comfortable.
