Bought 2 fleeces and asked the staff…
Bought 2 fleeces and asked the staff member if they could do anything re discount buying 2. They said no sales were active. The fleeces were £55 each and I was signed up to an email when making the purchase. Not many hours after I made the purchase I received an email from Superdry stating there was a sale on!!! And the fleeces I had purchased were now £30!!..I had paid £55 so NO, I am not a happy customer to say the least!

Absolutely poor service in the shop…
Absolutely poor service in the shop when collecting. Waited 5 minutes before a lady who did t even say hello or how can I help you. She then hugged and puffed getting my order throwing every other item around.

I am very happy with my purchase
I am very happy with my purchase. I have been at a Superdry shop and because they dont have the coat that I want there I can buy it online and ask to deliver at home. And it arrive very quickly.

A good experience
My first order went to Leicester, my fault, rang the shop and they were very helpful and advised they would send it back and to re order for Nottingham, it arrived and I collected, unfortunately it was too small, took it back to shop who sent it back and ordered the next size, now got that. The people I spoke to were very friendly and helpful a good experience.

Great customer service
Great customer service. Couldn't find the product in the shop. Assistant went online, found what we needed and bought it. Within 2 days it was delivered to my house. So easy and stress-free.

I was looking for a particular hoodie…
I was looking for a particular hoodie in store and the lady at the the till knew exactly which one I was talking about. She helped me to find the last one but it was sadly not in my size, however she very kindly ordered me one to be delivered to my house and it arrived within a few days - well happy! Great customer service too, thank you.
