Superdry - Nottingham Avis 

There was nobody to ask questions and were dismissed quickly with minimal help.
Cashier was very aggressive and dismissive demanding an email address with no explanation of what are for what it would be used.
The coat I bought is nice though.

The staff were great and we're very helpful.

I bought a gilet it was too long took it straight back to a shop got a refund
I went back online got another gilet which fits perfectly and I love it

The girl in the Nottingham shop very helpful did our online order for me,order was delivered in 2 working days and email to say when it would be coming very helpful, the delivery man was friendly

The shop assistent was extremely helpful in putting in an order for my item which wasnt in stock,
Absolutely happy, as the item was ordered on a friday and it was delivered promply on Monday morning. A service second to none.

Ordered a couple of items from Superdry recently and as always the quality is really good. The customer service in the shop is always excellent the staff are friendly and extremely helpful. It’s definitely “a go to” for me, they keep a really good standard.

Extremely bad experience. I ordered few things to make sure they will fit me, non of them were okay size so in store staff offered ordering another one and get back other two for full refund. Week ago I still didn’t get any refund so I went to that store to be told that nothing like this been returned and they looked at me like I was trying to get money from them. After speaking with 3 different people ended up with customer service on the phone and finally got my money back. None of them said even sorry, obviously it was their fault from start to end.
Will never buy anything there

We had to take our purchase back as it was too small we were assisted by a very helpful lady inthe Nottingham branch, she was very polite, very helpful, and always pleasant, she reordered the correct size, and refunded us and we received the coat a few days later. A very efficient service all round, great thanks to the young lady in the Nottingham branch!.

Staff at Nottingham were extremely helpful, it was a girl on the till, who looked in line to see if my size was available and it was just in a slightly different red, but she picked a jacket with the slightly different red to see if I liked it and I did, so she ordered it for me, I live in Derby and been into the Derby store previously to ask about the coat , they said to go to Nottingham, they never offered to do what the lady did in Notts, Great service from the lady in Notts, sorry don't know her name

We bought a leather jacket for christmas present,
this was too small, went back to store, they didn't have it in larger size, said they had it in next town but were unwilling to get it transferred or order one in?

We went on Amazon whilst still in store and ordered it from there!
Poor customer service i feel.

Clothes very good,staff very helpful at Nottingham branch ....but having difficulties with on line orders as not receiving email confirmation ( not in junk mail have checked) concerned as order coming to home address and will gave no idea when arriving

Ordered a coat online and picked up in store in Victoria centre. Very helpful staff. Very courteous. I wanted to try coat on there and then to see if I needed a different size. The staff said they had sizes in store and I could swop it there and then if need be. Also coat is amazing. Highly recommended.

Shopped in the Nottingham Victoria Centre store, dealt with 2 team members that day , one on shop floor (M) and one on till (F-Giselle- beautiful name!), both were conscientious, professional, polite, and helpful. Clothing itself bought for gifts, both recipient's happy with fit and quality of items ( as always). I honestly could not rate any higher. Thankyou.

When visiting son in Nottingham, wife tried loads of coats on but not in correct size of the colour she wanted.. went to till to ask if any at the back of store, no there wasn't... Guy from till said no problem, went online to depot, in stock.. Boom ! put details in... delivered FOC to home in Southampton 2 days later... result and great customer service 👍

After visiting the store in Nottingham they ordered me the jacket I had seen on a cruise just from a photograph of the label. To turned up very quickly and was exactly what I wanted.
